A student of sports all of my life. I played soccer and football as a child and teenager. Spent most of my life in the coorporate world while still maintaining my love for fitness. I had some difficult moments in my life that caused me to deal with things unproductively. I decided to rededicate my life to fitness as a means of dealing with the stresses that life threw at me.
By no means am I perfect physically. Its a daily focus and I want to help others who have a hard time focusing on fitness for whatever reason to get into a positive habit.
I use kettlebells because they provide an all around workout that will help people lose weight, build muscle, and increase stamina as part of a total workout. Your experience with kettlebells does not matter!
