Hello! I'm Rachel Eslick and I became a personal trainer to share my knowledge and passion for fitness with the world. I absolutely love motivating and helping clients achieve their loftiest goals using the powerful combination of real food and real fitness regimes.
I'm a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist. I also hold a Russian Kettlebell Certification. 
My definition of real food centers around nutrient-dense vegetables, whole fruit and minimally processed meat. Real fitness is a no frills and non fad approach to blasting away unwanted body fat while sculpting muscles in all the right places. The combination of real food and fitness gets real results. One without the other doesn’t just won’t cut it.
After a lifetime of participating in organized sports, running, practicing yoga and weight-lifting, I truly found my balance and best physique after dropping junk food and adopting a primarily paleo diet. I strongly promote eating real, nourishing food to both fuel workouts and thrive throughout the day. The 30 Clean, a 30 day elimination program, helped me find the best foods for my optimal health and performance.
My background is in broadcast communications and journalism. I worked in local TV news for a decade, primarily as a reporter. I'm a natural motivator who’ll push clients to accomplish more than they thought possible.
