I got my RKC Level 1 certification in 2016, since that day I have been using kettlebells every opportunity that I get. It has done wonders for my conditioning and has changed the way I view strength training. The benefits are tremendous, I work at a 55 and over community and get to utilize these tools in trainings. They can be the perfect fit for an athlete or an older individual just trying to maintain strength. The knowledge I have gained in training with kettlebells over the last 5 years will last me a lifetime.
