10/10 Lee is Amazing!

By Marni Kayer / Fairhope, USA

We were so fortunate to have had Lee do a workshop for us at Barbella's. Matt and I meet Lee last spring and trained with him. He was such an amazing teacher we knew that day we wanted him to share his expertise with our members. We had a room full of newbies to Kettlebell and he was patient and explained the basics step by step. Our members were comfortable and now know the basics of proper technique. Excited to have a new group of members fired up about Kettlebell and all thanks to Lee! If you have the opportunity to work with Lee he's the best. Do it!

10/10 Would love to take another class by Lee

By Stephanie Nematzhonov / Fairhope, USA

I am very new to kettlebells and was not previously very comfortable using them. I really wanted to learn how to use them and I was very excited to have the opportunity to learn from Lee. My brother trained with him in the past and he came very highly recommended. He was very knowledgeable about technique and form, and he made me feel very comfortable. When I didn't understand something or didn't do it correctly, he was very patient in showing me again and helping me to correct it. I really would like the chance to train with him in the future, but until then, I now feel comfortable enough to incorporate them into my work outs.

10/10 No longer intimidated

By Sara M / Kennesaw, USA

I've never used kettle bells before and Lee made me feel like a champion! I was very intimidated to even try it, but he showed us the proper techniques and kept building on the basic skills he showed us. Can't wait to do it again!!!

10/10 Lee is amazing

By Natasha U / Canton, US

As someone new to kettlebells, I enjoy learning from Lee. He knows what he is doing and takes the time to break down steps and then build them up as the workout progresses. He is patient and passionate and makes me want to keep coming back!
