Natan has never been a competitive athelete in any field and does not train like one. "I work on being the best i can be and i try to bring the best out of anyone that trains with me". Most people are not and should not be trained like professional atheletes, maximum improvement at a personal level is key. Being injury-free and at peak personal ability is the best we can strive for.
Strenght and mobility go hand in hand in all classes taught at Vancouver Mind-Body Centre.
Natan, at almost 50 years of age, feels that one should focus on functional strength and optimization of the body system. It is not uncommon to have both kids and adults in his kettlebell classes and he gives appropriate instruction to every participant.
Natan added kettlebell training to his martial-art training a few years ago and found it to be the best way to get the entire body involved in a workout.

10/10 attention to detail, addressing ind.client needs

Natan is an engineer turned coach.He gave me a great session practicing basic KB skills with the precision and calibrated technical support,it was worth every penny!Highly recommended! I will be back for tune ups! Some of the tips he gave me in one session would have taken years to find out,if ever!

I have been working out with kettlebells for about 3 months now with Natan. Natan does an fabulous job of teaching us the techniques and always stressing how to do each technique safely.
He makes the workout fun and challenging at the same time.
I can already see results in strength and flexibility.
At the end of the day , Natan makes you interested on how to train with kettlebells.

10/10 Kettle Bell noon hour classes

Natan's classes are both challenging and fun. The variety of excercises introduced at each class keeps it interesting while at the same time invigorating, working and strengthening muscles.Most importantly Natan makes sure you are doing the excercise correctly and takes the time to give the individual attention one needs.It is a full body workout which I recommend to all whether you are participating in sports or just want to be healthy and strong.

I'm glad I've finally found a class, and instructor, that combines strength training and stretching as ably as Natan's kettlebell classes. While the Sunday morning timeslot can be a bit of a problem, it's worth it to attend a class is both physically challenging for every body type and ability, and has a strong emphasis on community. Natan's focus on form and technique makes me feel comfortable trying things I might not otherwise, and he works hard to make sure that everyone feels welcome (even kids!)

Natan’s quality over quantity approach to fitness is amazing. He is attentive to your form and safety all the while ensuring everyone in the room is having fun. Also the community in class is very friendly, welcoming and motivational. He has built a place where everyone is supportive of your goals, fitness or otherwise. For myself my strength and flexibility has drastically improved and continues to since starting and continuing with kettlebell classes. I hope to see you at class!

10/10 instruction and encouragement for all levels

Workouts with Natan are both challenging and fun. He's excellent at making sure that we are all using the correct form and avoiding injury during class. Whether it's your first workout or your millionth, you will get the right amount of instruction and encouragement. I highly recommend his classes for both beginner and expert level fitness.
