I've had the pleasure of taking RKC 1 and 2 and assisting an RKC with John. He is a first class trainer who will help you reach your goals!

I've had the opportunity to work with John Arena on two occasions now. First, he attended an RKC Level 1 that I assistant instructed, and most recently, he and I were candidates together at the RKC2. In both cases, I was beyond impressed, both with his technical knowledge and strength of character. First of all, John's level of physical fitness is superb. He's as fit a 48-year-old as you'll ever meet. But more importantly, John is kind, caring, genuine, and smart. If you're reading this review, you may be considering enrolling one of your children in his martial arts programs. John is a paragon of integrity, and I couldn't imagine anyone more qualified to help your kids, both in terms of fitness, but also in terms of building confidence, discipline, and work ethic. I've seen firsthand how powerful the martial arts can be on a child's development, and a teacher like John is an absolute treasure. I can't say enough good things about John. If you have the chance to work with him, you won't be disappointed.
