I had a great time in one of Ryan's group kettlebell classes. He was very knowledgable and was able to scale the different exercises appropriate to my level. I really appreciated how he was able to breakdown the movements of the Turkish get-up and kettlebell swing so I could feel more confident in my ability to perform these skills.
