10/10 Ray helped me find my super powers.

I attended an amazing Calisthenics workshop at Ray's studio, Quest Fitness. I had the best experience! I travelled from Milwaukee to Kentwood, MI for the workshop as a last minute decision. Ray helped make the trip easy for my husband and I. We're so glad we made the choice to do it. Ray's positivity and fun group of devoted trainees helped me tap into some super powers I didn't know I had. I have had an elusive experience with some of the more advanced Calisthenics exercises, especially inversions of any kind. By the end of the workshop I was being cheered on to my very first headstand and I can't believe I did it. Ray is a great instructor, and he's a great guy. If you're on the fence about trying anything, Ray will help you find your super powers. As a personal trainer, coach, workplace wellness advocate, and human machine, I would recommend any of my clients take every opportunity they can to work with Ray and the whole crew at Quest.

I've been working with Ray for about a year and a half now and I have greatly enjoyed all of it. He is constantly challenging me to better myself and see what I can achieve. He helps me set attainable goals, and reach them with personalized training. My original goals were more aesthetic, but my results have been so much more. Ray had helped me increase my strength, endurance, commitment, and overall appreciation for my own fitness and health. One of the most beneficial effects of his training is the correction to my form and posture. I've had ankle pain for years, due to my right ankle rolling inwards since childhood. Ray's attention to form helped me correct this, and his suggestion of what exercises to perform to strengthen my ankle have helped tremendously. I honestly did not realize a personal trainer would be able to correct this, and I am so gratefull. I highly recommend Ray as a trainer, for anyone of any skill level.

Ray's training has made an enormous difference in my life. His workouts are challenging, and he also creates new and different routines constantly. He ensures that our training is always interesting and demanding. He takes students from where we are, and is great at helping people of different levels. He is a fierce cheerleader --- he is fiercely positive about the training. He gives the sense that he is leading from out in front. He leads by example. He is friendly, cheerful, and designs wickedly demanding training regimens. He is clearly on fire about his job and the difference it makes in people's lives.
