Thank you for checking out my bio! My name is Eric and I am passionate about helping clients get fit and healthy in the easiest and most effective manner. Weight loss and movement have been a struggle most of my life as I have arthritis and diabetes. After trying several unsuccessful methods of training including massive amounts of cardio, and lifting, I discovered kettlebell training about five years ago. This unique form of metabolic training gave me positive results that helped me control my health conditions. The training took less than half an hour a session, and I found it extremely fun! I really believe in it!

My profession is a firefighter, and kettlebell training allowed me to lose a substantial amount of weight and get physically fit. I remained consistent, increased my activity, and cleaned up my diet. Being healthy and active is important to all of us, especially as we age. I can guide you with the proper lifestyle changes to improve your movement, build strength and get to a healthy weight. I know life is busy. As a husband and father of four, it can be hard to balance everything. But working together, we can create a personalized plan that accomplishes all your goals.

10/10 Virtual or in person….. Eric’s got what it takes!

When it comes to training and understanding your fitness goals there’s really no one better. I always dabbled with kettlebells but it wasn’t until Eric worked with me virtually breaking down each movement and providing me cues did I improve. Teaching someone virtually is not an easy task but Eric was very patient. His expertise and love for fitness made me want to advance my kettlebell game and I look forward to continue training with him.

I was assigned at the same firehouse with Eric and his passion for fitness and working out is genuine. He cares not only about his own health, but that of his brothers in the firehouse. At one time the entire crew would be doing his 1/2 hour workouts every shift and they made you want more. He keeps you motivated the entire workout even on a day you might not be feeling it, Eric keeps you going! Just tell him your expectations and he will get you there.

Eric is mindful of your goals within any health perimeters that challenge you to achieve your goals. He is knowledgeable, focused, kind all while making KB training fun! He has helped me from my form to challenging me to advance in my training! My success has grown from 10-15lbs KB training to 50lb KB’s. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve never really worked with kettlebells until a year and a half ago when I started at a functional fitness gym and we use them frequently. I told Eric how my lower back and shoulders would hurt afterwards and he had me show him my form. He was quick to see the issues and taught me how to properly swing and clean the bells. I used the tips in my next workout with kettlebells and it made a huge difference! I could do the exercises more efficiently and I had minimal pain and soreness afterwards. He will definitely improve your kettlebell game!
