I started training with kettlebells just a little over five months ago, the changes in by body have been amazing (coming from a 0 workout background) I previously tried other work out methods that gave me 0 results unlike the amazing results I see and continue to see after every class, he is an amazing trainer and his love for the sport shows in every class that he teaches. He shows compassion, patience and lets not forget his amazing knowledge of nutritional information. I highly recommend that if anyone in the Miami area is looking for a kettlebell trainer please look no further then STRONG FRAME FITNESS by Boris Fernandez... Give this class a chance and you will not regret it.
