Incorporating kettlebles, yoga, nutrition, exercise, and spirituality to improve each day in some way.

My personal fitness path started nearly two decades ago. After high school and collegiate football, I found my physical outlet through a mixture of kettlebells, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, and yoga. In December 2018, I completed my RYT® 200hr yoga teacher training course offered by Laura Crawford at the Yoga Art Lounge in Satellite Beach, FL. I believe yogic breath work combined with kettlebells created some of my clients' most significant gains.

When asked what are my teaching intentions, I expressed a desire to create an atmosphere of inclusion and friendship, while strengthening minds and bodies. I enjoy lasting interpersonal relationships and continually learning from others. During instruction, my focus is to demonstrate the core techniques that allow for the mind, body, and breath to combine.

10/10 Excellent Overall Training

I met Allen when he introduced himself as my daughter’s flag football coach. I could tell right away he had a lot of energy and positivity just in a few conversations we had. As the season progressed he offered his training to anyone who would like. I knew I wanted to get back into an exercise routine but was not motivated to just go to the gym. I knew I needed something more. Allen offers more. He offers not only physical strength training through kettlebell and yoga, he offers motivation, encouragement, and most of all mindfulness. You should be ready to make a real-life change. Not just want to work out a few times a week. We have had extensive discussions on all aspects of life and how all of it is combined through the mind, brain, body connection. Within just a week friends noticed I was overall more vibrant and happier. I was willing to make all the necessary changes to my nutrition and habits and commit to the physical expectations as well. I highly recommend Allen for those people wanting to try something new, something better, to be the best person you can be in every aspect.
