I cannot say enough good things about Elle and I am so pleased to be working out with her. Elle continually offers exciting new kettlebell workouts that you will never be bored. Her attention to form is relentless, but good technique is at the core to building your strength and endurance to complete the workouts. Elle is so encouraging and gives each client individualized attention, even when you are doing a class. But her overall enthusiasm about kettlebell fitness is what hooked me. I was introduced to Kettlebell training about 6 months ago. It has changed my life. I am a 56 yr old grandmother of 2 and am in the best shape of my life...thanks to Ellen Middleton and her impeccable ability to train. She is clear, concise and motivating. I am so happy to see Elle as an RKC Instructor! She has always had a love for fitness as long as I have known her. I worked with her to prepare her for the RKC certification. Throughout our sessions together she always paid attention to detail and would continually strive to improve her technique where she could. I have no doubts that she will instruct in the same manner. She has a nurturing side to her as well. Those that are lucky enough to train with her will be pleased with their instruction and learn the mechanics of kettlebell training safely under her watchful eye.
