This 3rd DVD flows great from Gus's previous 2 DVDs. He gives good examples of the previous exercises in the previous DVDs.
The great aspect of these exercises is that though there are many advanced exercises, picking one or two exercises from the previous 2 DVDs and developing these movements will help with the more advanced techniques in Disk 3.
I was hooked from the first DVD so after a few months of Disk 1 I bought the entire library. It has been a great investment and it adds fun and new ways to what you can do with a kettlebell and you get a great workout in a short amount of time.
I'd recommend this DVD and the other K.A.T. Juggling series.
