I've been working with Cam for almost 2 years, and I've been blown away with the results. I went from an out of shape, oft injured, middle aged guy with a bad back and two bad Achilles to an in-shape, healthy, slimmer, stronger, more flexible middle aged guy with only one bad Achilles.

Cam always pushes his students to challenge themselves, and push beyond what the students think they are capable of. He is constantly coming up with new routines, new exercises, and new challenges for his students to work through. Cam makes sure everyone understands the proper form, and has no problem taking the class back to basics to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Great teacher who drives great results. Highly recommended.
