I thoroughly enjoyed my introduction to kettlebells at Masters Fitness. Brad and Elle are super nice, encouraging and helpful. Brad got me through some basics, giving me the tools I needed to work on my own, and helped me get some kettlebells for home use.

Brad is the best fitness instructor. I had tried kettlebells in the past with the DVD, but I just ended up hurting myself.
