BS-P degree in Therapeutic Recreation, some grad. work in Theology. Worked 9 years in psychiatric hospital as Director of Activities Therapy; participated in amateur bodybuilding during this time. Worked 4.5 yrs. in large racket and sports club where I started a diet and conditioning program then eventually managed club. Supervised 14 trainers in diet program and fitness areas. Moved into Pain Management for next 10 years as Pain Management Therapist where I worked with all levels of soft tissue injury along side MD. Started doing individual personal training during this time at a local club. Personal training business grew and I left pain management to go full-on in training business. Have been running personal training business for eight years using two fitness facilities and private homes. As soon as I returned from CK-FMS cert. Oct. 20I0, my wife Elle (RKC) and I started renovations and then opened Master's Fitness, LLC in Feb. 2011. We are a personal training and group kettlebell class studio. I am also a certified Nutritionist, Health Minister with Hallelujah Acres, and Personal Trainer. I am always looking for better training ideas and technique. My sister Betsy Collie,RKC Team Leader,( introduced me to RKC 'belling' and now every new and old client needs to work with kettlebells!! Several of my longstanding clients have embraced the kettlebell and others are appreciating the improved 'hardening' associated with the incorporation of kb techniques into their preferred routines. For myself, I am experiencing increased strength and recovery from years of damage to lower back and shoulder. I am a triathlete(mostly sprint and olympic distant)and find each event is easier for me due to the addition of the kettlebell.

10/10 Excellent training motivator and instructor
By Shane Jolly / Winston-Salem, United States of America

I thoroughly enjoyed my introduction to kettlebells at Masters Fitness. Brad and Elle are super nice, encouraging and helpful. Brad got me through some basics, giving me the tools I needed to work on my own, and helped me get some kettlebells for home use.

I highly recommend Brad and Elle and Masters Fitness.

10/10 You will be very pleased
By Merri Wolff / Winston-Salem, NC

I was first introduced to Kettlebell training by Brad. He is professional and sensitive to every person's individual training need. He is a person of the utmost integrity which is important to me as a woman. I am in the best shape of my life at the age of 56. I cannot thank him enough. My life is richer and I am healthier thanks to the skill and knowledge that Brad brings to his training. I plan to train with him for many years.

By Betsy Collie RKC Team Leader / Durham, NC

I highly recommend training with Brad if you are in the Winston Salem area! I have had the pleasure of training Brad in kettlebells and am honored to call him my brother! He is in pehnomenal shape and has trained extensively all of his life. He is extremely knowledgable about the body not only as a kettlebell instructor but as a personal trainer and a massage therapist. He also trains group classes as well. Keep up the great work Bro' I am extremely proud of you and can't wait to come visit!

10/10 Fantastic Instructor
By Chad / Winston Salem, NC

Brad is the best fitness instructor. I had tried kettlebells in the past with the DVD, but I just ended up hurting myself. I recently started working with Brad after finding him through He has helped me get into the best shape since college. He is extremely encouraging and his individualized approach makes it real easy to get started and stay on track. I highly recommend working with him.
