2. Learn to create your own mobility programs using the Z-Health Movement Template approach
From the ABCs to Movement Fluency, it is essential to learn how to create your own movement templates, to meet the demands of your sport or life, and to be able to create new and improved programs for yourself as you grow and alter your programs and life.
Here's a crash course in movement creativity—another "bonus" worth the price of admission all by itself!
3. Understand the body's Neural Hierarchy (Visual, Vestibular & Proprioceptive) and how problems in any of them can negatively affect your strength and performance
When you learn Math, you begin with addition and subtraction. You don't begin with differential equations, because you can't. The body's movement hierarchy is no different and contains an equally essential progression. Get it here!
4. Learn how the visual muscles function reflexively and how to use this information to make immediate gains in strength, speed, flexibility and mobility
Because of the dominance of vision to movement for the sake of survival, it is possible to work WITH your NS to make IMMEDIATE changes by adding in different eye positions.

According to Z-Health, all of the goals you set have MOVEMENT at the foundation. It is not possible to achieve your goals without a GREAT movement foundation and without working within the guidelines of the NS in charge. But more then just a foundation of great movement there has to be great movement at the more elite level. The body is capable of it and the nervous system craves the growth, learning, change and challenge of complexity.
The final day will help you move to this higher level.
2. Understanding the difference between visual muscles, visual acuity and "field vision"
20/20 does not mean you have good vision or even good sports vision or good field vision. Each of these is a trained skill that can be taught and learned. Find out more here!
3. How to develop elite level visual skills in just 3 minutes per day
4. Learn key visual drills
Master Eye Tracking, Near Far, Peripheral Vision Drills, "Snapshot" Drill, Hand/Eye Drills, Hand/Foot Coordination Drills.
5. Learn Linear Speed basics
Almost all athletes need great explosive linear speed over very short distances. This is all about TECHNIQUE OVER RAW HORSEPOWER. Learn the technical drills that will separate you from the competition.
Here are the essentials for teaching the most average athlete to move like he is elite!
