Power FORWARD BEND BACK Stretching
Face it, whenever you bend over to touch your toes you just feel strain in your sacrum and not much else. Say goodbye to the strain and hello to a long and flexible spine! Your spine will suddenly release as if Pavel has put you in traction during your toe touch stretch—and you will forget where your lower back is.
If you have not touched your toes in decades, chances are you will—right there, in the exclusive Power Stretching workshop! Your back has never felt so good!
Power BACK BEND BACK Stretching
Now that you have folded forward like a master yogi, how would you like to bend back with the effortless grace of a five year old? Yes, it can be done! Pavel will teach you a simple visualization that will release your vertebrae and spread the stress over the entire length of your spine so you can painlessly bend back without jamming in your lower back as you used to.

Power HAMSTRING Stretching
We do not need to tell you how important it is to have flexible hams. As one famous athlete put it, “I am just a hamstring tear away from oblivion.” Yet 99% of the conventional hammy stretches just don’t work. Up until now you were either lucky to be born with flexible hams—or you were not.
Just recall the last time you ‘stretched’ your hamstring. What did you feel? A strain behind your knee and no gain in range of motion? Or a strain under your glute? Or was it in your lower back? One way or the other, you were not effectively elongating your hamstrings but hurting yourself in one place or another. Power SQUAT Stretching
How long has it been since you could squat on your haunches, freely and without pain? Chances are, not since you got out of high school. Incompetent ‘experts’ have told you that full squats wreck your knees. The fact is—no pun intended—they simply don’t know squat! You cannot be a healthy, agile animal unless you are lubed enough to go up and down.
Pavel will show you his patented, five step, deep squat sequence that is guaranteed to make you squat deeper—on the spot!
