I believe that this manual is the best I have seen on the Isometric topic. I got involved with Isometric’s about 70 years ago. It helped me then, but unfortunately I got involved with weights. More recently I have noticed that me over all strength was demenitioning which alarmed me. I started some physical therapy and it helped a little. More recently I remembered my old Isometric exercises and when I went online I was amazed at all the information that is now available. Your manual made me aware of so many more Isometric exercise.
The book is excellent so far. I've got a lot of respect for Dragondoor and it's founders. You people excel!!
