10/10 Seriously?

I can't say enough about Victor and his Kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. I am a business owner in my mid-40's and have been playing rec hockey in Durango, CO for several years. In just one month (3 half-hour sessions a week), with Victor's spirited encouragement and program, I feel so much stronger and confident on the ice, and am not sore or winded during or after games. My back pains (and related doctor bills) from previous seasons are a thing of the past. I have NEVER felt better during or after a game. In fact, now my hockey games are a warm-up for my sessions with Victor. As an added bonus, my wife notices the added muscle tone and lost weight! I would recommend Victor to anyone, young or "old"!

I am 54 years old and have suffered with lower back pain for over 25 years. I have been active in sports my whole life and have had to deal with the "normal" amount of injuries because of doing so.

I have been training for the last 6 months with Victor and the highly trained staff at the Body Factory Fitness Facility and have become stronger, healthier, and have seen a considerably lower amount of back pain. I have also lost weight and numerous amout of inches but what has truly been incredible for me is I have gaine rang of motion in my hips. I attribute this to the various kettlebell exercises that Victor has "prescribed" for me.

Needless to say I am very pleased with the results and will continue to train with Victor and the kettlebells.

Working out with Victor and the Kettlebells has become the foundation for me to continue skiing, golfing and trying to keep up with my kids here in Durango. I just turned 50 and for the past 10 years, my "weekend warrior" activities have caused some injuries, including my lower back getting out of whack. I started with Victor 6 months ago and am surprised at the results I've attained so far. My lower back issues have pretty much disappeared. My wife says she sees more muscle definition in my upper body. I feel stronger and more stable throughout my back and core muscles. In golf, I've added about 10 to 15 yards to my irons. The workout sessions are tough, but it feels great to be getting stronger, especially at 50. I'm looking forward to giving the kids a run for their money on the slopes this year!

Kettlebells are like weightlifting times ten, a total body workout. If you are not afraid to work hard this is for you. You will see dramatic results as you work to define every muscle. Not only are you toning and building muscle you are also getting a great cardio workout for a overall amazing body. Victor is the dynamic combination of a skilled, dedicated, and a great teacher. He approaches each client as an individual adapting sessions to suit that person's strengths and weaknesses. Victor will help you thru each excersie until he and you feel you are able to go to the next level. What an amazing workout!!!!

Kettlebells and strength training with Victor has been amazing. I was able to build strength and endurance, and tone muscle while losing body fat in minimal time. The workouts are never boring and I actually enjoy every session (I really dont get into working out that much so this is a great experience for me). Victor has been by far a great trainer and supporter.

Victor is an upbeat, fun, inspiring instructor who pushes for "one more" in every workout. Kettlebells are especially fun to work with, dynamic and completely different from anything else you've tried at the gym. I recommend Kettlebells and Victor 100%!

 
10/10 Easy to Lean and Fun to Do

I don't like to work out unless it is fun to do, and if I can't learn something quickly then I usually don't give it a second try. In one hour Victor was able to teach me basic technique and show me a great kettlebell workout that targets my abs, gluts, and thighs. Vic is a great instructor and he made the workout fun! I recommend him to all of my friends.

 
10/10 Shoulders Feel 10X better!!!

I just wanted to write and tell you that Vic has made a huge positive change for the pain in my shoulders by introducing me to the technique that involves firing my lats as I perform the kettlebell press. I had no idea that my shoulders were not in the correct position prior to him training me. The pain has been significantly reduced in only 4 workouts.
