10/10 June 8- My most memorable training

That training, that was on June 8th, is very memorable for me. It was the day of my state exam, and after 3 weeks of 24 hour studing (and missing trainings) I went to the training again (after my exam). It was very intensive, with repetitive checkpoints, each with different exercises. It totaly cleared my head. And this is one of the best things in Tamás's trainings, that you get relaxed, focus on the tasks, and forget about the all your thoughts before. The tasks are always diversified, never gets boring, as he from time to time brings in new ones. As an instructor he is well prepared, accurate, and always keeps an eye on you. You do a swing or a lift the bell with curved back, he gets there immediately and corrects your moves.
I can only recommend him to every beginner!

Tamás could be the role model for all other RKC instructors. He is always well-prepared, pays attention to everyone and every exercise. His trainings are diverse, it is never boring to attend, he always introduces some kind of variety: the whole experience is fun. His students are therefore quite loyal, they become regulars, they get to know each other, which builds team spirit - which is another benefit.
Personally I wish him to keep this spirit forever, and thanks for all the trainings I attended! :-)

I started to exercise with kettlebell one year ago. Tamás is an excellent RKC instructor. I appreciate as He prepares for each training. He pays a great attention on the activities of his sportsmen and the warming-up and relaxing. Owing to Tamás I continue this sport with unchanging enthusiasm. I recommend Tamás’s training to everybody.

To put it in a nutshell: Tamás should be the illustration in the dictionary under the word "kettlebell-trainer".
An absolutely precise, enthusiastic and devoted trainer. The trainings are always well devised, every single exercise has a well-perceptible reason to be allocated within the training, therefore the consecutive exercises altogether extremely amplify each other's effect giving a perfect and comprehensive workout for the aimed bodyparts. However, Tamás does not stop at this point, he continuously improves his knowledge, regularly converses with medical specialists about the effects of the exercises and also pays attention to the latest innovations concerning new training instruments. As a result, not only he keeps on injecting his growing experience into the kettlebell-drills leading to more and more effective exercise-combinations, but also we get the opportunity to use very much efficient instruments on the trainings like the TRX and the Self Myofascial Release- (SMR-) massage rolls.
The least I can do is to give full marks to Tamás and recommend his trainings to everybody who wants to improve their condition and experience with kettlebells.

Meggondolt, megfontolt, körültekinto oktató, akinek tapasztalatom szerint a biztonság a legfontosabb, hogy mindenki egészségesen menjen haza az edzésrol. Segítokész, igazából nem volt kérdés, amivel kapcsolatban ne válaszolt volna készségesen.
Az edzések színvonalasak, változatosak, és ami fontos, hatékonyak voltak.
Sajnos egy idore abbahagytam az edzést (elszomorító körülmények kényszerítettek), de osszel vissza megyek, s ha még vállal, csak hozzá.
Csak ajánlani tudom.

One of my friends told me about this sport last year. I began to visit the trainings. In the beginning Tamás always took care about me, explained all movements every time, he’s a very good teacher also.Every training is diversified, strong, exhausting, with a good athmosphere.
I just stayed on swhere and really don’t want to try any other sport.
I recommend him to everyone!

As many have said before me, Tamás is an excellent trainer. In all my years working out I have never made any progress until I met him. His classes not only prove very versatile and challenging at the same time but also the atmosphere is great. I have met and made friends with many people during the training sessions. He’s also great with beginners and can provide a challenge even to experienced kettlebell fans.

The classes are sharp and very diversified. If there is a fresh starter he always take care about him/her how to begin to play with the dumpbells.He emphasises the importance of the warmups and deductions as well.
During that half year I lost about 5 kg and gained strong mussles, and even my shoulder pain disappeared. I highly recommend Tamas to anyone who is interested in this sport.

Miért is ? Azért , mert Tamás segítségével ismerhettem meg a kettlebellt. Kiváló tréner, tökéletesen „együtt él” velünk az edzéseken és nagyon érti meddig terhelhet minket. Nála csak kemény és még keményebb edzés van s mindezt a maga nyugodt és profi módján irányítja. Soha nincs két egyforma edzés. Gyakran meglep valamilyen új eszközzel, vagy gyakorlattal, ezért is szeretek az edzéseire járni. Tavaly, 2010. áprilisa óta kettlebelezek Tamásnál. Elmondhatom, hogy sokat erosödtem fizikailag is és szinte teljesen megszünt a térdfájásom, a derékfájásom. Ami meglepett, hogy mentálisan is erosödtem: jobban bírom a mindennapok sztresszét, terhelését. Köszönöm Tamás.
Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom Mári Tamás instruktorunk tartalmas és hasznos edzéseit.

Tamás is a great man, a good teacher. Always smuggles in some new and challenging element to our workout among the good old routine drills. Never a boring lesson with him.
