10/10 Authority of the kettlebell in Japan.

By Tadaaki Yamamoto / Shizuoka,Japan

Mr. Matsushita is the wonderful instructor who teaches "the soul and technology of RKC" in Japan and who can trust it.
How to teach Mr. Matsushita is logical and sends advice to each student exactly.
I learn, and have him guide many and am very thankful to him for them.
Thank you very much.

10/10 Thanks

Last year I started the kettlebell.
His workshop is always fun and exciting for us, I was guided to strength. If he did, I had to stop training.
I am also looking forward to the future.

10/10 A Valued Instructor and Friend

By Matt Brocklebank / Kobe, Japan

I've been lucky enough to attend two of Taikei's workshops now, and without him I definitely wouldn't be where I am today with my training. In fact, he's probably responsible for the spread of kettlebell training throughout the whole of Japan! He's very strong but also very humble, and his students all have a great amount of respect for him. Through his workshops I've come into contact with a lot of other people whom I would never otherwise had the chance to meet, both from abroad and here in Japan, and really value him as an instructor and a friend.

Thanks a lot, Taikei. See you again soon I hope!

10/10 The Guy to see in Japan about kettlebells!

By Ken Lafavour / Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan (formerly Juneau, Alaska)

Actually, I personally would rate Taikei higher than a ten. However, that isn't possible.

My wife and I attended Taikei's workshop on the 17th of February. We had been practicing with kettlebells prior to this using mainly "Enter the Kettlebell" as guidance. However, we always ended up with little aches and pains from our workouts. The other day my wife mentioned that she wasn't getting those pains since attending the workshop in spite of having greatly increased the load and amount of her workout. I have also noticed a lack of pain as well.

During the workshop Taikei was very attentive to the needs of all the students switching effortlessly back and forth between English and Japanese to make his explanations. He gave many great pointers.

My only regret is that I don't have the possibility to train with him on a weekly basis.

Both my wife and I plan to attend Taikei's workshops in the future. We also have hopes of taking our niece and nephews as well.

I recommend Taikei highly. Don't worry about a language barrier. His English is impeccable.

10/10 Great Instructor!

By Boris Bachmann, RKC / Urbandale, IA

I was fortunate enough to run across Taikei online a while back through YouTube. We kept in touch and eventually got together in Tokyo where he watched my form and gave me many tips that helped me pass the instructor certification course two months later. I'm not sure I would have made it through the certification if I hadn't had the benefit of his guidance!

If you are in Japan, Taikei is your kettlebell man!
