I had bought KB's from online dealers and none matched the quality of these. Don't Skimp out and buy from cheap copies. These will last a lifetime.

I already had a 16 & 24 K kettlebell so this set has helped complete my set, so to speak. I have found the KB's to be much more versatile and efficient than dumbbells or barbells and the cardiovascular carryover has been great as well. I would highly recommend getting the 16K first and working your way up, I got the 24K first and learned the hard way but I think it's ok if you're strong enough to begin with. I am looking forward to getting another 32K and the even bigger ones after that.

Wow if I had realized the change that would come from using the 3 KBs 15 min a day @ lunch for the last month I would have bought them years ago. I've played around with a 1 pod for about 2 years, but after starting to use the other 2 bells and doing 2 handed exercises with the 2 smaller KBs I see changes in my body every week! I've also taken almost a full min off my mile time.

These kettlebells are amazing! I was skeptical about the higher price of DragonDoor kettlebells, but they are absolutely worth it. The construction and quality of these are unparalleled. People who bought different brands were regretful when they saw these. The most notable feature being that the handle thickness doesn't change as the weight increases. Something that I have only seen with DragonDoor kettlebells. I wasn't sure I would need a 2 pood kettlebell, but since I decided to go with the 1, 1.5 and 2 pood, CrossFit has called for it twice within 2 weeks! Also, I am in the military and these will carry well to the desert.

the russian kettlebells give you the best overall workout for dollar. quite frankly, over the past year my trainer from platoon fitness has migrated me from the traditional gym pack (virtually isolated) system of working out to total body work outs with the kettlebells.

they build overall cardio, strength, density and endurance .. i was amazed that something so simple could do so much!

They are a lot of fun and very hard on the body. All good stuff.

The most challenging, effective, exhausting, and fun workout ever! I have been using the 24k for awhile and thought I was ready for the 32k. Boy was I wrong! Just having the "big boy" sitting in my basement staring back at me gives me incentive to keep going when I am dripping with sweat. At 43 years old, I thought my best days were behind me. I recently purchased a set of three kettlebells (16, 24, 32 kg.) The product is flawless. The craftsmenship and quality are second to none. I priced out several other vendors and RKC was more money but clearly worth every penny to me.

I've been using kettlebells and Pavel's "Enter the Kettlebell" program for a month and have had the best workouts of my life. After lifting weights for over 30 years I thought I had seen it all. I was wrong.

I purchased a set of three KB's for me and my buddies to use at the local gym in town. Well needless to say, we love the KB's and look forward to the day when we will be playing around with the 70lbs beast! Comrads; you can't go wrong with Dragon Door KB's, they are a great investment in you health and well being. I am very impressed with the high quality of the KB's and the quick service I received from Dragon Door. I also purchased Enter the Kettlebell, I would highly recommend the book and DVD. In just the short time we have worked with the KB's we have notice improved strength, and some of us have already had one of those "what the hell!" moments!

As a United States Marine, my physical fitness is very important. I purchased the ?triple threat? set in November and started getting to work. I have been satisfied with using the 16 and 24 kilo kettlebells. The 32 kilo sits there looking at me saying ?hey you sissy, you don?t want any of this.? One day, you big ugly thing. If you feel that you are going to devote a lot of time to kettlebell lifting, then definitely get the set. If not, then buy one or two. They are expensive. Also I would highly recommend getting one of the instructional videos. The Russian kettlebell challenge is a good one.
