I really enjoyed watching this video. I found it to be exactly what I needed to get a better workout with my kettlebells. Delaine's workouts are performed at just the right pace and with the information I need to learn proper form and get a great workout. I'll be looking for more instructional videos from her as my experience progresses.

Everything you need to succeed with the swing and Turkish get-up is in this DVD. For most people most of the time these two exercises with deliver outstanding results, especially for the target audience the busy professional not to mention the busy person in general, athlete or "regular Joe". Delaine presents concisely, completely and clearly. Finally, her demonstrations are top tier. I should know, I am a RKC. I recommend this DVD for everybody, beginner to experienced.

While not the highest in production values, it does not matter. The content of this tape is so user friendly and to the point that this is a highly useable learning tool. The form is immaculate and the instruction is crystaline. The workouts are well thought out and require just enough user participation that you are never feeling like you are watching tv, but instead it feels like yo uare watching anonline lecture from a familiar instructor. I have read these reviews over the last two years and wondered if it was a con. NOPE. At least in this case I find this dvd that good.

Great DVD. I really enjoy the breakdown of sections of the DVD as an intro into each exercise then having them broken down in to 3 sections to develop more into it. The way Delaine explains everything is awesome and encourages the user to pause or rewind so it gives the user that positive reinforcement through the exercise.

After having spent good bucks on a tv-advertised kettlebell starter system, I realized that I had made a small mistake. The kettlebell was fine but the dvds were difficult to follow, lacking in continuity and irregular in left/right reps in following the video.

Needless to say, the 'Busy Professional' dvd was just the ticket for me to continue and actually get results only promised from the tv program. Now it's time to start thinking of purchasing a heavier kettlebell to advance.

For the record, I'm just two years shy of seventy, with a known congenital heart condition. If I can do this and get results, anyone can. I can almost guarantee it.

Very good video that can be done in around 30 minutes. Very clear direction. It will guide you through the workout but there is no music and you have to manually repeat the chapter to do the 2nd and 3rd round. I like the workout and the clear instruction that is provided.
