September 2008 Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor Certification Workshop — Participant Praise

Dustin Miller; Personal Trainer; Chicago, IL

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

AAPF State (IL), National and World Power lifting Champion for Teenage men (18-19) 100kg weight class.

An excellent experience. It was worth it. I learned so much more than I thought I could. I am a pretty strong person, but I was feeling stronger, even when I was tired.

Excellent knowledge and methods of teaching. Made things very simple that seemed a little difficult.

One of the most physically demanding things I've ever done. Just like college football 3-a-days. It as full of useful information and the progression of the exercise made it easier for the following exercises. Ex. tensing techniques, then pressing.

James Thomas; Student and Martial Arts Instructor; New Orleans, LA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Martial arts: Kajukenbo, Tea Kwan do, Karate, and capoeira.

The most physically challenging weekend that I have ever been through, but also the most informative in which my KB technique and functional ability improved drastically.

After this weekend I honestly would have gladly paid double for the instruction I learned here. The level of knowledge not only in KB but other aspects of the health field was amazing but presenting in the simplest form which made it easy to comprehend and later put into immediate use.

I have never been to another weekend seminar that even closely compares.

Liz Gilinger; Personal Trainer; Phoenixville, PA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Pilate's equipment Certified, Figure competitor

In my 17+ years of fitness, as an instructor, personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I have never came across anything as effective as kettlebells. I wish I would have trained with them years ago. This certification was BY FAR the best I have ever attended. Worth every penny and then some!! They truly make you "work for and earn" the RKC initials! Love you guys!

Excellent, first class. You can tell all of the instructors "walk the walk" — they practice what they preach and it shows.

No question — this has been the best!! Will only come to RKC workshops/training from now on!

Renee Yorkieivitz; Registered Nurse; Olmsted Falls, OH

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Half Marathon runner

Unbelievably enlightening! Unless you have experienced an RKC first hand, you cannon imagine the strength and camaraderie that evolves throughout the weekend. It is tough, with top-notch instructors pushing and guiding you through the entire way — to make you the best you can be. By far the most intense thing I have done in my life.

The quality of this training weekend was by far top notch. Impeccable explanations, clear demonstrations and ample time to ask questions. The instructors and team leaders took time as a group and individually to help correct, queue and share specific tips with us. They are true leaders as evidenced by their overwhelming knowledge, concise instruction and enthusiasm for the kettlebell.

Matt Schinabeck; Infectious Disease Physician; Shaker Heights, OH

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

College football player

Tough Love! Following this course not only has my "hardstyle" technique improved greatly but I was provided specific instruction on how to master breathing and tension techniques that will have a huge impact on my future training.

Instruction was excellent. Exposure to Pavel was great. He was happy & willing to answer any questions.

Rif was an absolute goldmine of information that could be tapped at anytime. No question went unanswered. Rif had no ego problem -> very refreshing.

James Sushnyk; police officer; Winnipeg, Manitoba

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Former provincial junior bodybuilding champion (Manitoba Novice and Mr. Manitoba) and national runner-up (Mr. Jr. Canada). Completed two 2000+ cycling enduro fundraisers for the Canadian Cancer Society. Member of the Winnipeg Police Officer Safety Unit. Certified Nutritional consultant.

A kettlebell during the RKC at first appears to be your enemy, but through expert training and practice of strength skills, the RKC develops your once though enemy into your greatest ally in both the gym and the life you live.

Amazing, clear, precise and powerful. All of the instructors embodied what you expect to see in the most elite of athlete. Yet, unlike most athletes in the upper ranks, they prefer you take from them every skill and bit of knowledge possible and allow it to drive you to becoming the best you and your victims can be.

Definitely "hardstyle" training. Pull no punches and be your best. No other training in the fitness realm can hold a candle to it.

Brendan Hurley; Construction Worker; Sioux Falls, SD

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Won 4 USA Power lifting state meets for South Dakota, Finished 4th at 2003 USA Power lifting teen and junior National Championship.

This is a tough, physical course that will improve your knowledge and understanding of not only exercising but the human body as well. Very knowledgeable, Very professional.

Amazing! I wish I would've known this information my whole life. Their passion for kettlebells is obvious. I was impressed by the physics aspects they spoke of. They are very professional. Tough yet respectful- very helpful in answering questions.

I used kettlebells to rehab my left shoulder. I had a 180° tear in the labrum. After I had surgery I was really bummed — I thought I would never be able to work out t the same level ever again. After working with kettlebells my shoulder feels better than ever and I got my confidence in exercising back (Priceless to me) Thank you Pavel and Dragon Door.

Wow! By far, the absolute BEST fitness workshop I have ever attended and the BEST certification I have ever received. RKC is a very effective, thorough, & detailed workshop, built on simple common sense principles. I look forward to teaching KB training to my clients and changing their lives in fitness and in health, much like Pavel and the RKC has done for me.

Very professional. Their passion and understanding for KBs shows and I have the utmost respect for that. Pavel is clearly the master of all things KB, flexibility and inner strength.

RKC surpasses all my other fitness certifications by a landslide. The attention to detail and the physical demands and experience of the RKC has made me a better trainer. Thank you.

Thanks for an awesome kick me in the ass weekend! The calluses on my hands are badges of honor.

Derek Toshner; Sales; Fond Du Lac, WI

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

High school State runner up 189lb Wrestler, 5X NCAA D3 Champion track and field, 10X NCAA All American Track and Field, 2003 and 2005 world trials 400m Hurdles, 2004 Olympic Trials 400m hurdles, B.S. exercise and sport science — fitness emphasis and strength and conditioning concentration, C.S.C.S., currently into rock climbing.

Extremely physically demanding. Requires thinking when you are tired. Most in depth training I've ever received on just a few exercises. It's better to e perfect at 1 or 2 exercises than just okay at a dozen. Performance is more enhanced this way.

Outstanding. Each exercise was taught, in depth, on how to breath, proper technique and troubleshooting for clients.

This was more practical than four years of college in the exercise science field.

Great job! I will put this to use, and you will see me again.

Jason Penzkover; Self-Employed Nutritional Supplement Distributor; La Crosse, WI

Some athletic training

This is the best thing I have ever accomplished. RKC lives on forever. I will never forget one minute of this weekend.

Pavel is an outstanding leader. He may make us do a lot of swings but, I now it's for a reason. All of the instructors helped me in anyway I needed them. I live for the RKC now. I plan on furthering my training with Pavel and other RKCs.

Nothing compares to RKC training, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!

Molly Zufra; Personal Trainer; Medina, OH

Overall amazing instruction on kettlebell and the strength behind the name.

The knowledge is almost overwhelming. You are so grateful to be around such experienced instructors that you find yourself trying to take it all in.

By far the most informative training I have ever taken. The material is so top notch and instructors are awesome.

Coming here as a mother of four, with my youngest being 6 months at the time of certifications, I feel so accomplished and grateful for the amazing experience of the RKC.

Christopher Robinson; Personal Trainer; La Jolla, CA

RKC was a truly exhausting and demanding weekend that was arguably the best money I ever spent!

A wide group of knowledge shared by all. It was great because of their diverse backgrounds. My team leaders constantly harped on my shortcomings, which caused me to consciously correct them until it became unconscious.

Giovanna Pozza; housewife; Roscoe, IL

Amazing experience. I'll bring it with me for the rest of my life.

Victor Crawford; oil and gas; Durango, CO

I underestimated the conditioning on my body that would take place.

The quality was good and very instructional. Pavel doesn't care who you are, he will help you with technique if you need. Jay and Terrence were very helpful to me.

Troy Dumaresq; Specialist; Paramus, NJ

This was an extremely well balanced weekend or pain and form. My job is high stress, this is just what I needed.

Quality of training was 1st class. Pavel extremely bright. His knowledge is far superior than anything I have ever heard or seen before. Geoff was my leader, great knowledge of the bells and technique.

This weekend is beyond any 3 a-day football practices, or a week at wrestling camp. Truly amazing, at times extremely difficult. I love the challenge.

At times difficult but very challenging. I would not change a thing. It was awesome.

James McGoldrick, Personal Trainer, Garnet Valley, PA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Very endurance based with a good mixture of strength. Brutal workout's. Knowledge I will apply to my trainings for years to come.

Pavel's knowledge is unmatched and he has a great way of teaching. Rif and Doug very helpful as well.

Mark Simon; Software developer; Roberts, WI

It was the most physically challenging of my life! I met a number of great people and enjoyed meeting the faces behind the names.

Watching Pavel and Rif (and Zachariah and Betsy) quickly diagnose and fix movement was amazing. Their depth of knowledge blew me away!

Bryan Beckman; carpenter; Albany, NY

This will rank with the birth of my children as one of the most wonderful life changing experiences of my life. Thank you!

Pavel and the RKC team have an unbelievable breadth of knowledge. The training is exceptional. The form is flawless. An amazing opportunity to witness and learn from the leaders the most cutting edge system in physical training.

Unsurpassed.

Thank you for expelling so much weakness from my body. Love the pain!

Jon Alford; Progressive Insurance; Pensacola, FL

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

High school Football, softball, weight lifting for general fitness 20 years.

It was extremely refreshing to fratenize with this many individuals who practice the most intense appreciation for physical well being. To simply describe the passion of kettlebell as a cannonball with a handle is almost comical after this weekend. It's like saying a Lamborgini is just a car you drive.

Adam Matz; Network Administrator, Minneapolis, MN

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

RKC

Incredibly challenging but fulfilling experience. You can learn more here in a few days than with years of many schools of teaching.

In my opinion, Pavel is the best trainer in the world; the holistic system he teaches applies to every physical activity in life. The teachers chosen to be Master/Senior RKCS all seem to be chosen well, I have yet to meet one that doesn't belong here.

It's the best physical training I've been to. The mental aspects that are covered are not something you would expect to be covered in a course focused on strength.

Doug Nepodal was a great instructor.

Janet Spafford; Personal Trainer; Red Deer, AB, CANADA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

CanFit Pro Fitness Specialist.

I have no doubt that my RKC training will provide an essential beneficial took kit to my clients. By focusing on principles that are the key foundations for a variety of key exercises, the carry-over effect of proper kb training will maximize the strength and benefits that are unfounded in any other fitness regime.

The utmost finest caliber of instruction is so evidently apparent at RKC. I have participated in countless certification seminars and by far this has proven to be the most concise and useful training by far. The quality is well worth its expense, and the level of excellence demanded by all participants proves that earning RKC certification speaks volumes to the integrity of its members.

Amazing instruction, beneficial information and a vast volume of drills and remedial exercises to implement with clients.

Donald A. Sofchalk; personal trainer; Mounds view, MN

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Martial Arts (Go-Ju- Ryu karate-black belt 1987), competitive power lifting 1990-1993, Performance Enhancement specialist (NASM)

The most intense and challenging physical and mentally stimulating 3 days of my life. With the physical and mental challenge I realized that I am capable of much more than I thought I was. I think that I'll be a better person and professional because of the workshop.

It was awesome! It was everything I thought it would be and more! The knowledge, skill and humor was just outstanding. The most influential workshop/experience I've ever had! I feel more inspired than ever to continue working with KBs as a way of like/art form.

Far exceeds anything else I've done in fitness, maybe equivalent to my martial arts training.

Derek Gagliano; full time student; Baton Rouge, LA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Airborne Ranger and train MMA

Wow. I thought I knew a little bit about kettlebells from watching the DVDs and reading Enter the Kettlebell. I quickly realized that person to person consultation is far superior. I learned the depth and magic of kettlebells.

I really liked the military format, because it kept us on time and on task. There were certain challenges that gave me an after taste of hell week in the Spec Ops program (Ranger indoctrination program) it as brutal at times but safe and informative. It's one of those things everyone should have on their bucket list.

Christopher Lindquist; veterinarian; Coatesville, PA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Academic All American in football at Colgate, Scholar athlete in track and field at Colgate, Krav Maga Practitioner, and Kettlebell Enthusiast.

It was a wonderful challenge, both physically and mentally. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It was a great balance of fun, education and hard work.

The quality of training and knowledge provided by Pavel and all of the RKC instructors was superb. I found the course stimulating, both mentally and physically.

Across the board, the RKC training is head and shoulders above any other training program with which I have ever been involved.

Matthew Werner; Flooring Installer; Lawrence, KS

Compared to years of Tae Kwon Do — RKC more demanding more applicable to everyday life with superior mental benefits.

Edward Leonard, Personal Trainer, Minneapolis, MN

Laura Alton; Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist; Richardson, TX

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine, Licensed Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Cooper Fitness Center, Dallas, TX

I was overwhelmed by not only the difficulty physically of the class itself, but the quality of instruction that each and every one of us received throughout the weekend. I now understand that a kettlebell workout can truly be done with only using one exercise, when done correctly.

Pavel was outstanding in his knowledge as well as ease correction of form with individuals our instructors really knew what they were doing and were able to demonstrate everything that we needed. Our instructors were the best! Team Nepodal. They knew when to push and when to break.

First off — the manual is better than any manual I've seen in any of the training classes. So many classes only give a copy of the power point presentation. This is more like my bible now! Everything learned here can be taken home and put to good use immediately. Many times there's too much information that it's overwhelming — this was a basic number of exercises done to perfection. And Holy Crap — it was so physically challenging! Yes! I cried twice — once after Andrea's workout!

Brady Witrtz; Aerial Circus Performer and Pilates Instructor; Escondido, CA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Was a massage therapist for over 10 years. LA Music Awards 2006, "Visual Arts Award".

My experience has been such a profound "heart" building one. It takes an enormous amount of patience, endurance and heart to be here. Anyone could easily have been humbled. I have had an exhilarating time learning from everyone.

Pavel is a great warrior athlete. He was not only excellent at communicating what he expected from us, showed in a great way corrections when needed, praised us when he saw fit, has a sense of humor, and was not so hard on us to break our spirits!

Nathan Senter, Personal Trainer, Chicago. IL

In the course of a weekend I have gone from kbell enthusiast to passionate student, devotee and advocate for the hard style of training.

There is a comfort that comes with knowledge. An even greater comfort is knowing in times of need, where to acquire that knowledge. The depth and breadth of individual knowledge, achievement, and experience is unmatched. All of these people combined — it's a bit scary.

I am thankful for the opportunity to participate.

Christina Schueneman; Marketing Director Health Club; King of Pruissia, PA

I was incredibly impressed by the level of knowledge, professionalism and humor that all instructors possessed! Senior instructors and master RKC's were able to convey complex knowledge in a relatable and easy to digest manner.

Dawn Karlon; Pilates instructor; Superior, WI

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

1990 and 1992 Local and regional Minn. And Wisconsin body building competitions placed 1st and 4th. Strength challenges through Supreme Court and Health spa — 1st place 1994 and 1995. Pilates certified in 2003. Owner of Pilates Studio, Mat and reformer. Meridian strength and stretch conditioning level 1 intern — certified in 2007. Kettlebell workshop — Stott Pilates 2008.

As a 49 year old with years of body mechanical injustice, these 3 days took me to a whole new level and I would love to pass it on to others in the same category. The technique training and endurance drills gave me the realization of what we are capable of achieve — if we want it bad enough.

Thank you Pavel and Team Du Cane for helping me to build a better understanding of what kettlebell training with resistance can do for athleticism, strength, rom, flexibility and meeting all these goals with attainable rewards. You were all thorough and very helpful and easy to approach.

We got to learn different drills @ each exercise, hands on approach is very beneficial, materials for marketing is new to me on any other training. It was exhaustingly invigorating.

Joseph Carlson; Providence Firefighter; East Greenwich, RI

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Providence Fire Department, Kettlebell training for 8 months.

It is a life changing experience. I am excited to spread the knowledge.

The training and knowledge from Pavel far exceeded my expectations. A true understanding of how the human body develops strength. A discipline I will use for the rest of my life.

The quality of instruction was amazing. The material was very thorough and the practice drills were brutally effective.

Best fitness program ever.

Jen Waak; Consultant; Seattle, WA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

RKC, Z-Health Certified Levels 1-4

What I love about the RKC system, is that like Z-Health, it's a principle based system. In this case, there is also a tool. So, comparing it to something like my martial arts or dance training is simply not fair.

The changes since April 2006 have been dramatic and I like it much better.

Anthony Ewers; Personal trainer; Perth, Western Australia

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

A junior background in Australia Rules Football and baseball. Started weights training when I was 15, have been training off and on until four years ago when I finally started training consistently. Started using kettlebells a year ago. I have a bachelor degree in Sports Science (undergrad).

The hardest weekend of work I have ever done, I was fatigues from all the work and loved every minute of it. From my experience my existing clients will benefit from the training ideals even if kettlebells isn't for them, and for the clients who want kettlebells then they will get stronger.

Pavel was excellent. Rif, Betsy and Zak were fantastic in teaching plus identifying students' trouble. They had a lot of knowledge to part with and taught me a lot.

Much more in depth than I have done since university. Kettlebells can be used anywhere.

La Saun Taylor; Personal Trainer; Alexandria, VA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer, KBC Kettlebell Instructor Level I.

Tons of hard and good work to make me better in many areas and my career.

Pavel is awesome! Very knowledge and easy to understand his teaching method. Very direct and to the point with information. Cool, slick chief.

Geoff Neupert was great. His teaching method was easy to understand. Helped me a lot with my technique as well as Darlene (assistant).

The other Sr. Instructors and leaders where good and also held most of my attention.

Lastly, Andrea is excellent. Project great information very clearly. Easy to understand and pay attention to.

There is no comparison. Great information and training. Nordstrom customer service and quality with some pain.

Charles Bustos; Firefighter; Albuquerque, NM

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Served 6 years in U.S. air force, certified personal trainer and paramedic.

The RKC is a very challenging, but extremely gratifying experience that you will never forget. You will which you had done it sooner.

Then knowledge base and quality of training was excellent. Pavels way of teaching is very down to earth. He has so much knowledge and he is not arrogant or brash about it. He is approachable at anytime and is genuine in his desire for the RKC candidates to become the best they can be. All of the master RKC, Team Leaders and assistants were very knowledgeable and willing to help at anytime. It's awesome to know that the Dragon Door and RKC are always there for you. What a team to become a part of.

Nothing compares to the RKC. It is a true life changing experience that you can't and won't truly appreciate until you have gone thru the RKC!

Ray Johnson; laborer; Lemont, IL

The RKC is a great way to exceed personal performance and expectation. It will tattoo your soul and spiritual existence for an eternity.

The instruction definitely is "hard style" but the results will last a lifetime. The team leaders offer great support and knowledge to the whole experience.

The training is well thought out and there is no comparison to this hard style. You have to show up with your "A" game.

Josh Wiedow; Personal Trainer; Chicago, IL

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

No comparison the best on all levels. This was the best run certification that I have ever attended.

Joe Johnson; supervisor — Personal trainer; Hannibal, MO

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Certified Personal Trainer — NASM

This training pushes both mind and body into a level rarely achieved by the norm. Can some people muscle through a move? Yes. But with this training you can start reaching your true potential.

Outstanding! Having no idea what to expect from this training I am very pleased with the tough love without belittling the victims. I would like to thank Pavel for even taking the time to say hello to my family as we left on day 2. They were excited!!

Hands on with a lot of instruction and interaction. Material was great and each instructor understood the body not just the exercise.

Dave Fujita; Personal trainer; Federal Way, WA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

NASM PES CPT

The RKC program is one of the most straight forward no-nonsense, kick your ass and then kick your ass again experiences I have had.

I was more impressed with Pavel's knowledge than from watching his videos and reading books. All the instructors exhibited a great deal of knowledge. Not just book knowledge either. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Riefkind and I would say his input, encouragement and teaching of my techniques helped me make it through the weekend. Thanks Mark!

I have not found a course which has so succinctly linked all those qualities together like the RKC has.

Vinny Oliva; window cleaner; Tinton Falls, NJ

Well structured, everything was managed on time. I've never been to anything close to this.

Adam Dailey, Construction, Duluth, MN

Best time of my athletic life.

I can now be confident in saying I've trained in kettlebell training with the best of the best (the Elite).

Amazing weekend I hope when it's all said and done I can hold my head high as an RKC instructor.

Joseph Wagner; paramedic; Wake forest, NC

It was, by far, the most miserable, yet most rewarding, experience I've ever had. I came in the best shape of my life only to find out that I have a long way to go. To say this experience was humbling would be the understatement of the century. Thank you!!

I knew coming in that the upper level RKC's were knowledgeable however until you witness it first hard, you will never know.

Eric Karls; P.E./Health Teacher; Chicago, IL

The weekend was a training session of mental toughness as well as physical. I will always try to train smarter and not always harder. Well, maybe smarter and harder together.

Pavel lived up to and exceeds my expectations he not only has the knowledge, he has the ability to teach it.

The mixture of physical and mental training made the course complete. Other training courses focus on one or the other too much and a lot gets lost.

Patricia Smith; Customer Service Mgr.; Philadelphia, PA

Fantastic experience, great attention to all of the details of the sport.

Pavel was everything I thought he would be brilliant, informative, and a great teacher. I could have listened to him all day.

It was a very humbling experience. The teaching staff and organization of the whole cert was remarkable. I feel stronger and more ready to teach with good technique.

Quality of training was very intense and demanding, teaching endurance and showing us strength. The knowledge that Pavel and the team leaders have shared with me this weekend has brought me a lot of information for myself and for teaching others. They all really know their stuff!!

Thank you all for a great experience! It was extremely hard but rewarding.

Katie O'Hara, Insurance broker, Superior WI

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Played college division 2 volleyball, ACE personal trainer, and group instructor certified.

That is was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. But one of the best things I did for my career. It has changed my lifestyle.

I believe that there is no higher quality of training I could've received. Pavel and the Sr. instructors are the best of the best. I feel very honored to be able to train and learn fro the greatest.

All of the material, quality and practical use were great. Very well organized. It is obvious a lot of hard work goes into putting this training together.

This was a comprehensive, well designed weekend enhancing my knowledge, skill set and passion to further my kettlebell future.

Pavel and the Sr. instructors, team leaders were a wealth of knowledge. I liked the diversity in the team leaders offering their expertise form different disciplines. The ability to back up their words, with scientific research is integral for m learning and comfort.

Quality — much deeper layers of knowledge application scope of material.

Quality of team — high level yet felt like a family of instructors.

Practical use — this will aid in my personal training business tremendously.

Emmanuel Poux; Systems engineer; Davie, FL

I have taken many certifications in my lifetime. These certifications come from multiple fields of study. This hands on and earn it format is the best. Proper application of a skill is essential and the RKC format of teaching is incredible.

The knowledge of the instructors were second to none. I have never seen more passionate and focused instructors. Often time people lose their passion for what they believe, but at RKC that is not the case. These instructors know their stuff and are very good at sharing it.

There is no comparison between RKC and other certifications. I have certifications in multiple fields of study, and frankly there is nothing like the RKC.

AJ Oliva; Student; Tinton Falls, NJ

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Ice and Roller hockey player, power lifter, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

I never thought I'd be pushed this hard, and no matter how hard your train there is no way to prepare your mind for the RKC. Truly humbling.

Top notch, meticulous. Bar none.

Highest of quality and detail, range of information and realistic application.

Mary Jacobson; Personal trainer; Minneapolis, MN

The course was physically and mentally challenging. What a great way to shake oneself loose out of the typically short American attention span. My mind may have rebelled against the "tough talk" but my body learned from the repetition. It was a good lesson in returning to the basic form, the foundation of movement.

They were supportive. They know the material. All were excellent presenters. No one wasted time with fancy intros. We all knew what we were here for and we got right down to business. Pavel knows his research and coming from a medical/scientific background that speaks a lot to me.

I am glad I truly understand what is expected because as kettlebells become more and more popular, I want to remain in the elite. The mental trail is most rewarding of all.

It was very picky which is what I needed because I know my techniques was good but I wanted that extra perfection. Each team leader seemed to be very knowledgeable in their own way which allows for more aspects of training. Pavel's interaction with people sets a good example. I want to be as precise in troubleshooting as he is.

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Rugby Player, strength and conditioning coach

The RKC training weekend, while physically one of the most grueling weekend, I have had, taught me both about my physicality and psychology.

Dennis Rittenhouse, Personal Trainer, Chicago, IL

The RKC seminar was a proper and comprehensive introduction to a system of wellness. Through hard work and study, we became better prepared to utilize technique and impact those techniques onto others

All the instructors were tough, knowledgeable and helpful.

The RKC seminar greatly surpassed any other seminar I've ever taken. The techniques can be immediately implanted into training.
