Both Pavel and the instructors were all completely helpful and always answered my questions thoroughly. They beat me but picked me up at the same time. This course was more “hands on” then any other I’ve done. It shows you can train any body hard, but safely as well. The application rate, for me, was more then 90% of the training taught.”

The professionalism of the course and instructors, “EXCEPTIONAL”. Pavel makes you want to learn. In a good way. His knowledge and simplicity of teaching is exceptional and professional. “The most intense and complete instruction training course I have ever experienced. A level of detail of instruction I have not found anywhere else.

I really enjoyed the combination of detailed instruction and “letting people do it” he used. Pavel’s depth of knowledge on all aspects of training is amazing. The guest instructors as well were superb. Everyone brought their own insight to the process and the synergistic effect was very powerful. The level of detail and organization of the weekend was very impressive.

Nothing else is even close. Having “real deal” experts makes all the difference. Having instructors who not only understand the academics of the material, but who are also at the top of their game physically gives you a different level of confidence in the material you are receiving.”

The quality of the training and knowledge was superb. In every aspect their explanation of the principles to the demonstrations of the techniques was first class. The depth of knowledge of the instructors was inspirational as well. Time management was excellent and everything discussed had a point.

Would like to say that this has been an incredible experience. It has really expanded my depth of knowledge and has enabled me to have greater confidence in what I am already doing.”

Angie Dowds, Personal Trainer, London, United Kingdom

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

ACSM – Health and Fitness Instructor. Premier – Personal Training, 14 years Personal Training experience

“It have been one of the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life and has already changed who I am. Totally amazing and inspiring, I’m so glad I have the courage to follow my dream and come here from London to train with Pavel and all the other senior RKCs. I know this will change my life.

I thought it was outstanding I have never been taught as efficiently or thoroughly in the 14 years I have been in the Personal Training industry. They covered everything without going off on tangents and kept everybody interested and on their toes, and although I felt very nervous and self conscious at times, it really worked.

To be honest there is really no comparison, I have never experience anything like this before. It is without a doubt the toughest, most challenging thing I have done and I was out of my comfort zone a lot which is always tough but now that it’s done I feel a huge sense of achievement and pride. I feel I have really grown as a person and as a professional. For the first time in my career as a Trainer I feel I am really able to give people the full salvation they are looking for. I feel I am just about to start really working.”

“The quality of training was excellent. The best I’ve ever attended!! The knowledge, and the simple no-nonsense approach was great. The information I received at John DuCane’s marketing seminar on Saturday afternoon was great. This is what I have wanted to do for years, sell kettlebells, books, videos, and all Dragon Door products. John’s seminar, although brief, gave me several great ideas and showed me how to develop some of the ideas I already have.”

”The best course of instruction that I’ve ever attended!! I wish I had this training 19 years ago so that I wouldn’t have gotten all my injuries in the past. Each classic kettlebell movement can be adopted to enhance every day life, in sports, health, as well as enhance the performance in athletes, firefighters, military personal, police officers. The kettlebells are truly a diverse tool that can be used for many different aspects of health and fitness.

All of the instructors are top notch. Professional, compassionate, and take the time to explain everything. Due to that compassion for this subject matter they are able to get each principle across so that everybody can grasp the concept.

This training course was more hands on. To understand the knowledge of each movement with the terminology being simple so that everybody can understand the movement and body parts involved. Where most physical training courses that I’ve been involved in were basically rote memory, which I didn’t understand, boring book work, dictating movements without an understanding of why. We just did the movements in other courses because they said so.

I can’t wait to attend more seminars/classes.”

“I’m normally the person that doles out the punishment. It was refreshing to have someone do it for me. It made me realize that although I’m good at what I do, I could be better and that knowledge of other disciplines in strength are a good thing to have. Quality of training and knowledge was superb. This was a first class workshop all the way around.”

ACE Certified. Specialty in sport-specific training. Former standout in wrestling, soccer, baseball and football. Company, Physique Transformation, Inc. has been recognized by Citysearch.com as the best training studio in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill NC.) for 2003-2004.

“The RKC workshop was the best training experience that I have gone through, because of the practical and meticulous approach that the instructors took. A lot of training programs teach you only the anatomy and biomechanics of a lift, while the RKC program teaches you how to actually do the lift for maximum safety and results

The quality of training and knowledge of Pavel and all the RKC instructors is second to none… They can not only tell you how to do the lifts properly, but they can show you immediately how to correct the exercises with simple drills.

I will use the information from the RKC workshop for the remainder of my training career… I want my clients to get the very best results in the shortest time possible. The RKC way does just that.”

Sharon Dow, Pilates Teacher, London, England

“Awesome experience, very physically intense and demanding but very rewarding. Excellent presentation of materials – clear, concise, well organized. Since the discipline and program are very male and martial arts oriented, the course was very task oriented. As a more task oriented female I was able to appreciate the smoothly efficient running of the program. Unlike Pilates conferences which can be like a big social event. Good hands on and practical class work.”

Troy Robson, Chiropractor, Woodbury, MN

Russian Kettlebell training has set a new standard in quality, scope of material, and practical use.”

“I have a kettlebell chest now brimming with little treasures. The ‘tid-bits’ (little simple extra details, scenario applications) are ‘jewels’. To simply put it, this has helped me ‘clean out the closet’ of physical/strength training application. I feel more ‘grounded ‘ in my knowledge and ideas.”

Lyle Lewis, Supervisory Fish & Wildlife Biologist, Albuquerque, NM

“It was an incredible experience to interact with the instructors and fellow students. It not only enabled me to be an effective instructor, but opened up opportunities to maximize my own body’s potential. Pavel and the other Sr. instructors are nothing short of incredible. This course was extremely physical and taught so many principles that will apply to everything, easily the best training I have ever had.”

I really enjoyed the fact that each instructor had a different athletic background. This brought out a variety of very helpful and useful suggestions to offer my clients. Each instructor provided his or her own flare to instruction.

Outstanding hands on training. Since I am both visual and physical learner, having the ability to get both was very valuable. Top notch education with practical application.”

The course obviously keeps on improving – I took it 2 years ago and was very impressed, however the instruction is more concise and the pace was faster. I feel like I learned how to teach better this weekend.

Thank you for how much your training has enhanced my own health & the health of my patients. The last 2 or so years of my life have seen drastic and steady improvement in my strength, flexibility, and general appearance.”

It provided me with an exciting, safe and incredibly effective tool to help provide all rounded fitness and health to all types of people.

Excellent, highly motivating and encouraging! Yet evil at the same time. “The knowledge depth was incredible. The great thing about the guest instructors was that they would give different applications of various movement. Watching/switching between different instructors kept us form “burning out” on listening to the same voice all the time.

In most other trainings I’ve worked through- ACF, IDEA, NSCA and other, there was too much “bleacher” time. In this training, we were constantly learning, and on our feet, doing the movement.”

Wow, this group of trainers has such a diverse incredible background of skills that they were enthused about sharing with us – I felt very honored and didn’t want to miss any pearls of wisdom. It was the best physical exercise course I’ve ever had because of the intensity, thoroughness of coverage, and caliber of the information shared by the trainers.”

Paul Daniels, Trainer; Foothill Ranch, CA, Foothill Ranch, CA

The best training I have experience in this area. It imparted a deeper understanding. What we want to do with our bodies, but also a much more complete understand how to assist our bodies tin becoming the best they can be. Loved it! Best training experience in the business. I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the RKC.”

Very similar workout to Kung Fu, both in learning technique and conditioning. Very good quality, so much information – a lot to take in – learning the form, practicing the form, teaching the form, troubleshooting problems.”

“An opportunity to unlock the creative potential of our bodies through the application of unchanging principles, and fun loving pain and frequent torture. The instructors are awesome. If that sounds cheesy, or overly positive, keep in mind my whole idea of training has been revolutionized due to Pavel.

Extremely practical, applicable, without fat. Only essentials. I enjoyed the discipline and corporal punishment because it is effective in “helping” people to give their best, and eliminate egos and other obstacles to convey info.”

“The certification was like attending a think tank of the world’s top strength trainers. I was always aware of the physical aspects of strength training but this course really showed me that strength training is a thinking mans game. What impressed me most about the instructors was their passion and knowledge for training coupled with their intention for everyone to tap into their own physical potential.

The attention to detail, repetition, and depth of knowledge separates the RKC program from any other I’ve ever attended.”

Samantha Young, Student, Shoreline, WA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

National Diver, 30 year State of Washington Diving Record. Light Weight Women’s KB Championship (State of Washington)

“It not only taught me that there are great advantages to being strong, however it also showed me that there is no limit to a human being’s strength. It also inspires me to pass this great training technique onto others.

The instructors are always incredible and continue to amaze me. I really think inspiring someone by sharing so much of their information and knowledge is the most efficient way of teaching. (It’s quite obvious by the improvement and accomplishments of the students).

This training was so filled with quality information (back to back) vs. other sports camps (diving, soccer, etc.) trying to fill time by talking about useless stuff. Also, the training has been so positive and everyone is more willing to help vs. other cams, the instructors showed their status and used it as an excuse to simply show their skill and not really teach.

I love working with such a talented group of people who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas. A very positive atmosphere!”

Sandra J. Weston, Health Club Owner, Berwyn, PA

Athletic Achievements, training background or specialty:

Under Grad – Dance Major, Masters Degree – Exercise Physiology, Trainer for 23 years, Health Club Owner 14 years

“It was the most intense and creative workshop that I have ever taken. It always amazes me what the mind and body can do when pushed in the right direction. I am totally shocked by the high standards and professionalism of Pavel and the instructors. They really cared that you got it right. Many other certifications are not as interested that you are really getting it right. You many workout more but leave with less. Thanks you so, so much for the experience. Although it was very humbling for me I enjoyed it all.”

Tyler Theslof, Soccer Player, Laguna Beach, CA
