I went to Pete after 2 years of being injured and unable to use my right arm for much. He said “I can get you passed that", and he did! I am about to turn 30 and I feel better than ever, after working out with Pete 3 times a week for 6 months. I went from a size 9 to a 2 with muscles! Good for me since I'm not tall. I feel stronger than I did when I was 16. Pete teaches you to have confidence you can do things you thought were impossible; he works with us understanding we all fail ourselves sometimes and pushes us not to dwell but to learn and move on. His workout ethic is strict, be prepared to listen and follow instructions! The main thing to remember is quad booty abs, breathe, never say can't or sorry and just listen to him, and don’t argue because he is phenomenal at his job. Pete will bring to your life a sense of discipline, confidence, strength, support and value that you probably have never felt. One last thing... Who turned the thermostat to hell?

Pete knows his stuff. Exercise, food, the human body, motivation. No matter what your level, experience, or skill to work with Pete successfully, all you need to come with is WILLINGNESS. If you have the desire to help yourself, Pete will provide all the instruction you need. His knowledge of physical fitness, the human body, and human psyche come together for a personally tailored approach for each student. Pete will do anything to help the willing help themselves. He provides a safe environment for us to grow and learn how to improve our lifestyles. His methods are practical not only in the gym but in life. Pete will push, push, push when you have long given up on yourself. Afterwards - you learn to trust this man who somehow believes in you more than you do sometimes. Don't see Pete then. He is just Tough-Tough!! Now if you need to Survive Life, as most of us do, He will have you ready to break Life's back! Need proof? Read his Bio. Nuff said. I've had the pain/pleasure to work with Pete briefly through his very talented RKC wife. During these sessions I saw Pete's teaching methodology first hand. He is extremely knowledgeable and very motivating, whether you like it or not. Pete and Steph helped me get over the hump on some technique issues and then I was "gently" placed in Pete's care for an intro to boxing. Keep your Hands Up! That's my advice. Use It Wisely.

Peter is an incredible person and a great instructor! He was able to inspire me to push me past my self imposed limitations like nobody ever has! Not only is Peter a great trainer, but he's a genuinely nice person who I was able to look up to as a role model. It's obvious that Peter wants nothing more but to see you succeed and meet your goals in a safe and efficient manner while still having you challenge yourself both mentally and physically. Peter went above and beyond to make sure I performed every repetition correctly and was able to embed visual cues in my head which helped tremendously throughout the learning process. I highly recommend working with Peter and personally couldn't be happier to have been able to meet and work with him!

The pain may be temporary, the sweat and stick may sting....but only when you have succeeded do you understand truly his words and the fortitude and strength of your own soul! No excuses and no rest till you have done one more! I've been in this business a long time and have yet to be as motivated to do one more!
10/10 Great way to get in shape - Quickly

I travel for business and I needed a way to get in shape quickly and stay in shape while in hotel rooms. Pete's kettlebell class is a tremendously high-intensity workout that emphasizes core strength and total body conditioning. It also doesn't require fancy machines or equipment, making it ideal for keeping fit away from The Pit.
As a trainer, Pete sees your breaking point - and then goes 3 miles past it. He won't quit on you, so you don't quit on him.

I've been kick boxing for 3 years and decided to add something different to my routine. Pete's kettlebell class is out of this world. A total body workout. He takes the time to show you the proper techniques and right when your body is ready to quit he motivates you to keep going. He is exactly what you want in a trainer. Can not wait for the next class!!!

Pete is an exceptional trainer!! His dedication and passion to get me the results I need inspires me to keep working hard. He pushes me beyond my expectations and my strength has improved in just a matter of weeks.
