Paul is an amazing instructor. It is hard to put into words. His knowledge of body mechanics is apparent every time he works with you. My 6 months of kettlebell training has changed my body in amazing ways. Paul knows the right way to push you and exactly when you are ready for that push. He can teach a class of beginners and expects at the same time with ease. Paul is interested in you as a total person and will invest his time to help you with your fitness and life journey. Paul has a knack for knowing the time to ask the questions that need to be asked without making you feel bad. I am thrilled I was introduced to Paul and RKC.

I was lucky enough to be on Team Daniels during the CA RKC. First of all - Paul is an amazing example - he is graceful and powerful and makes everything I saw him do with a bell look easy. He is quiet but clear in his instruction and he makes you feel relaxed and confident when trying new skills. My snatches and cleans went to a whole new level (along with everything else, actually) and I left certification with much more knowledge and motivation to continue to learn than ever. If you are lucky enough to live anywhere near Paul get in to see him. You won't be sorry.

 
10/10 Here's my story and I'm sticking to it!

In January 2010, my company embarked on a huge mission: to change the culture of the organization regarding food and nutrition. Long story short, I signed up for our "Biggest Loser" competition, lasting 14 weeks. It was easy to lose the first 5 pounds by cutting out dessert and eating a little better. Then I started walking a few days a week and eventually was "running stairs" when I could. As a single mom with two school-aged kids, finding time to exercise was impossible. Around week 7 or 8, I started to plateau and was only losing a few ounces a week. This was the same time that I met Paul. He offered to train me on Kettlebells while my daughter was taking gymnastics lessons. PERFECT. The changes it made to my body were immediate and noticeable. I gained strength, toned my arms, flattened my stomach, and after 14 weeks, won 2nd place in the competition. It's now 3 months later...I'm still taking Kettlebell and kickboxing with Paul, I've run three 5K races in 30 minutes, and started training for a half marathon. With Paul's help over the next 5 months, I know I'll cross the finish line at the half marathon. Kettlebells take up no space in your house and you can do them in front of your TV, getting a full cardio and muscle-building workout in 40 minutes. Thanks Paul for all your help. I'm 44 and have a new outlook on fitness and my health, for life.

I have been working out with Kb's for a while now and wanted to take Paul's class to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. I found that I wasn't. He was able to break down the Turkish get up in a way I have not seen. Now I am doing them much better. Trying to perfect them each time. I didn't think I was capable of a goblet squat and was sure he wouldn't be able to help me do them. I am so excited! I am working on this move and have never been able to put my knees through a full range of motion "pain free". Can't wait for his next workshop!

Paul Daniels is and excellent instructor. He is very focused & serious about kettlebell training. I gained a much better understanding of how to utilize the kettlebell properly, and got pretty smoked in the process. Paul seems to have a vast amount of knowledge tat pertains to fitness and kettlebell training.

I have worked out religiously at the gym 6 or 7 days a week for years. I thought I was in shape until I went to my first kettlebell class. Wow - what a difference. Even though I was new, Paul took time to instruct me and was also very encouraging along the way. Today I feel stronger and more fit than I ever have. Not only that, but the workouts are new and different every time - not boring or monotonous. I look forward to each class and greatly appreciate what I have learned from Paul. He doesn't just tell you what to do, he tells you how to do it, why it is good and what you can achieve. He's the best!

My experience with Paul was very good. He is very supportive and knows how to balance fun with hard work. If it wasn't for the logistics I would still be there. One thing I picked up on when I arrived was the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I could tell that Paul's students were close to him and that it wasn't just a business arrangement. Also, Paul has a very good over all knowledge about fitness, safety and anatomy. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. Here is something that illustrates Paul's supportive nature. Even though I am now training closer to home Paul told me to contact him anytime if I have any questions. To me that is the mark of a good person. It's not just about the cash.

I had the priviledge to be an assistant instructor at the recent April RKC with Paul Daniels. As a long time martial artist I could see and sense in Paul an exceptional practitioner that brought to mind the Japanese term "shibumi." This has definitely influenced his kettlebell instruction by his depth of knowledge, an experienced eye for the subtle and not so subtle improvements and corrections that the students needed, and his easy demeanor that calmed and sustained them enduring their RKC weekend. As I said it was a priviledge to work with Paul as he is a shining example as an RKC Team Leader and a great asset to the RKC community. Thank you sensei, and Go Team Daniels!

Our team leader for the April 2009 RKC was a gentleman of quiet and easy demeanor. This did not overshadow his passion for what he does. His instuctions were brief and precise and his ability to make instant corrections with us were dead on. Having a martial background and instructing I have met only a few with the knowledge and ability to convey that knowledge in the way that Mr. Daniels possesses. My weekend success was a result of his in depth knowledge of training and his ability to reach all of us no matter of backround. You want bells? He's got bells.

When I first started working out with Paul, almost a year now, I thought his Cardio Kickin Class would jazz up my routine. It did just that and more! I just love this class!! I was only running and not seeing any change. I started with two days and eventually went to four days a week, quitting running altogether. Over several months I started to see huge changes in my body, with that I made the commitment to get into a bikini by the next summer. I'm 43, so sharing this goal with Paul was huge; I even showed him a photo. This made me accountable for my goal. About five months into my routine I added his Fighting Fit Boot Camp twice a week to my regiment. It was the best thing I could have done. He keeps his camp fast paced and innovative, his changing things up keep it highly challenging and rewarding. The added use of the Kettlebell training has given me strength all over. Almost a year later, I've lost a dress size and I know I'm in the best shape that I've ever been in thanks to Paul's support and motivation! I know I will meet my summer "bikini" goal because of him. Paul is truly a knowledgeable and passionate trainer/instructor; you can see how genuinely he cares for each of his clients!

Paul led the charge as he and his team systematically dismantled all of the Marines assembled for the seminar. Over the two day period, we were professionally mentored (read: tortured) in the proper techniques/mechanics of training with kettlebells. Paul's patience and ability to breakdown the moves in an easily understood manner contributed to the overall success of our training. If you want to do it right, and if you want to be physically/mentally challenged, Paul is your man.

Working out regularly with Paul has improved my mobility, balance and stamina. In the beginning I was definitely not in shape, but I have slowly become much more fit. Energy is great and stamina is wonderful, even up at 8000-10,000 foot elevations. The biggest surprise was the results of my bone density tests. The first one was very good, but at the second one the tech running the exam gasped at the results! in the 5 years between tests, my density had improved by 6%!!! Everyone needs to work out in Paul's classes. The benefits are life changing.

. . .and though you're unlikely to land the movie part, it's still the goal of Paul's kickboxing class. A total body workout that will definitely improve your strength, your physique and your attitude. . .not to mention that if you're disciplined enough to workout at 5:45 a.m., you'll get the added benefit of hanging with some terrific peeps! A great workout from a great teacher who's even a better person.

Aside from his attention to detail and high quality of instruction, I found Paul to be an extremely fascinating individual. His modest stature is dramatically contrasted by his explosive power, both with the kettlebells and martial arts demonstration. The depth of his knowledge is another example of how this simple tool is not only a mindless "good hard" exercise regiment, but rather a sophisticated highly scientific method once a strong fundamental technique is attained.

I have been taking Paul's Kickboxing class on and off for about 9 months and most recently I attended his begginers Kettlebell Workshop. I was looking forward to the Kettlebell Workshop because I knew Paul to be a great instructor so I thought the workshop would be worth the investment. Needless to say, Paul's Kettlebell workshop was much, much better than even I had anticipated. Although I thought I might be a little intimidated by the Kettlebells, Paul immediately put us at ease with his ability to break down all the exercises into easy to understand segments. Paul's ability to motivate and inspire really shone through. I would highly recommend any class that Paul is involved in. I feel very fortunate to have him as an instructor.

I took Paul's Beginner's Kettlebell workshop. He really knows his stuff! He was able to break down swings, cleans and presses into managable, non-intimidating sections to where even a KB newbie like me felt like I could create a good, solid kb workout from what I had learned.

I'm much more comfortable with kb's now...thanks Paul!

I have been working out regularly for 7 years. Nov.2006 I found Paul and started doing the Kettelbell workout. Since, I have seen amazing changes in my body. I never thought that after 3 pregnancies I would ever look good again! I am proud to say that at 37 I look better then I did at 17. Paul is a great Instructor because he is very encouraging and he makes us want to be accountable for our own fitness. I have been working out with Paul for almost two years and it never seems to get boring. Paul always has something new and different for us to do. My three kids (26, 24, and 19) come to the classes every chance they get. Paul is very good at making sure that everybody in the class gets a good workout no matter what fitness level they are starting at. Give Paul a month and you will definitely see great improvements.

If you need help with toning up and improving your athleticism and don't mind losing a few pounds along the way, then call Paul Daniels! Paul is a great kettlebell instructor and an awesome trainer . His great sense of humor makes working out fun!
Out of shape and 30 pounds overweight, I started Paul's Kettlebell camp at the age of 37. Within 6 months I had lost 20 pounds and toned up unbelievably,(I actually had muscles!). The results were incredible. Paul's knowledge and motivational style got me to think that anything is possible (even at my age). After training with him for 2 years I moved to Chicago. I am now a thriathlete and weight training is critical if I want to compete effectively. Paul is still there for me regarding my training. I just turned 40 and placed in the top 10% in a competetive Sprint Thriathlon with almost 2000 entries. I could not have done it without Paul!

Paul is a outstanding kettlebell instructor. He is a great motivator, and makes training fun. He understands the science of exercise, and after 6 months of training with him I am stronger than I have ever been with the best endurance I have ever had. I was so impressed by Paul's workout that my wife is doing the kettlebell, and she is in the best shape of her life. If you compete in sports Paul will make you better, if you are out of shape Paul will get you to where you want to be, but faster than anyone else. Paul is the real deal.

I have been working out with Paul Daniels for many years. About 3 months ago I decided to try the Kettlebell. I have noticed a profound difference in my strength and body tone. Paul is extremely knowledgable in the proper techniques of using the Kettlebell and it shows. I have gone from a size 6 to a size 2, I have toned my arms, legs and stomach better then when I was in my 20's (I am in my 40's) and that is all due to the workout that Paul has created for me. The biggest difference due to the kettlebell has been in my golf swing. I am an avid golfer and I have gone from a swing speed of 80 to a newly tested swing speed of 95. In addition I have gained approximately 20 - 25 yards on my driving and I attribute that to the strength I have acheived because of the kettlebell & Paul Daniels.
