I love introducing the kettlebell to others and to share the excitement and uniqueness of the kettlebell. Proper kettlebell instruction is imperative to your success. Many infomercials and some personal trainers do not show proper technique and could cause injury to individuals starting a fitness program.
Learning to use the kettlebell properly is a skill that should be practiced regularly which provides an excellent workout as well as an amazing body transformation. It is the best all around fitness for all levels from the beginner to the extreme athlete. This extreme hand-held gym can lean you out if you are overweight or it can build you up if you are underweight. It provides strength and flexibility simultaneously. I have become more lean by using the kettlebell than with traditional weight training and cardio machines, and you can have the same manifestation. Thanks to Pam, I love kettlebells. They are great cardio and weight-training at the same time. Pam worked with me on kettlebells to keep my body strong during my pregnancy and has helped me regain my muscle tone after having my baby. Working with kettlebells is perfect, as you can get a great workout in a short amount of time, and you don't need a ton of equipment or space. When I first hired a trainer I was much younger. I became very strong and lean. He became a best friend, but if he were to train me now, he'd kill me. Pam is compassionate and understand. She listens. She does not detour from training you. My other trainer would get side tracked by women. Now that I am older, I am glad I found her. She works with my injuries and I find I can exercise now, without hurting myself. Pam is teaching me kettle bells. My endurance is terrible, but I am confident she will get me there.
