I wanted to learn how to use the kettle-ball to do an important exercise in The 4-Hour Body book by Tim Ferriss. Nancy is a fantastic coach and even gave me the first lesson for free! She is very detailed in her explanations and very aware of body position. When I forgot how to do the breathing, she emailed me back immediately.

I was going to the gym and got bored doing the same thing over&over with little results and not much help from staff.Then i met Nancy and found a new way to train with Kettlebells and that changed everything,including myself.I now have more strength and endurance then i ever had before.I enjoy workingout and feel great after each class because Nancy keeps it fresh and new and knows how to push you when you need it!Whether it`s one on one or in a class she keeps it personal your never on your own.She watches and guides everyone.Nancy`s knowledge,enthusiasm,personality and guidence keeps me coming back for more.ThanksgivingDay i ran my first 5k i never thought i could do it but Nancy knew i could,and she guided me to the finish line.That`s how dedicated she is to what she does and the people she trains.I`m hooked for life and Nancy`s the reason,she`s the best!!

In the few months that we've been working with Nancy, my spouse and I have noticed dramatic changes in our strength and quickness. We take both her kettlebell and circuit classes and find them intensely challenge. We belonged to the Y for many years but got neither the attention, care, nor expertise that we do from Nancy. We leave her classes feeling that we've not only had a very intense workout but also energized.

I have only been going to Nancy's classes for a little over a month and have already seen a great improvement. I feel better, stronger, sleep better, and have more energy. Nancy sets up the classes in a way that keeps you moving, challeges you, and gets the most out each individual. The use of kettlebells along with other innovative ways to work out that Nancy weaves throughout each session keep it interesting and really works every part of your body. I cannot say enough about this inspiring trainer. I highly recommend anyone, no matter their fitness level, to seek Nancy out and begin your program today!

At my age, I try to do only things I enjoy. Nancy's approach to fitness assures that each workout is fresh and focused and enjoyable. Her dedication to advanced training in her field is impressive. I notice that the strength and aerobic capacity that I gain from working out with Nancy transfers into my daily life....making everyday things easier and allowing me to participate in several sports that I enjoy. I feel better when I leave a workout than when I walk in....that's the feeling that keeps me coming back.

As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, I have spent a lot of time in the gym weight lifting, doing cardio, and participating in various exercise classes. Without playing a sport, my exercise regime became very boring (very quickly) and eventually my workouts became unproductive. I was introduced to Nancy through a family member who promised me that her workouts were challenging and most importantly...different. Nancy's kettlebell workouts exceeded all of my expectations, her professionalism and genuine demeanor makes her a great teacher. I have been working out with Nancy for nearly a year and each time I go I am presented with new and challenging workouts that have really made a positive difference for my strength and endurance. The caliber of Nancy's workouts is equally aligned, if not more, to any training that I have received in my college practice' days. I always have a great (and sweaty) workout with Nancy and I encourage anyone at any level to try a work out with her; she is really great at what she does!

I am a semi-pro football player and a weightlifter for years. I was introduced to kettlebells last year by a friend. I watched dvd's on how to train but decided I needed some hands on instruction. I contacted Nancy and she is amazing. Nancy has fantastic knowledge on Kettlebells and other forms of training that I took for granted. I feel challenged and I can see improvements already. Because of her I can see myself looking and performing better that ever at 43 years old.

She has a firm grasp of the proper use and application of the kettlebell, a keen eye for detail and the ability to actually listen. She is also charming and witty with great life experience that she brings to her kettlebell practice. If you live in the Albany area I highly recommend searching Nancy out for training.

I have been taking kettlebell classes and training with Nancy for almost a year. Nancy is an excellent instructor; she tailors workouts to your fitness level and her encouragement keeps you motivated and coming back for more; I'm the strongest I've ever been. I am almost 5 months pregnant and I continue to train with Nancy; she recommends the appropriate weights and movements for me to safely get a workout. I know that working with Nancy will be key to getting back to my pre-pregnancy fitness level. She's wonderful!!

I've been taking kettlebell classes with Nancy for while now, and have really begun to notice a difference in my core. I was already reasonably fit- but I think these exercises have helped a lot. Nancy is a great instructor- very thorough, patient- and motivating! I'm having a great time with the classes- it adds diversity to my fitness routine, makes me feel tough and gets results- and what's better than that?
