“Wow Lisa!  Your book turned out awesome.  After seeing some of the pages that you sent softcopy, I knew it was going to be a really great book.  But I can't even begin to tell you how blown away I am by seeing the entire book bound and printed. Great idea with making it workbook style with the spiral binding.  It will be really easy to use while working out and the notes section is a great idea as well to jot down observations and goals.

Hope I'm not stealing too much of your thunder, but the 1, 2, and 3 kettlebell rankings for each of the exercises was clever and really useful, looks cool too! This manual is just what I've been needing! It's a great way to refresh my memory on the K-bell workshop I took with Pavel. It's also a great adjunct to the videos. The section on structuring a workout has answered many questions for me and leaves me feeling confident that I can now design my own imaginative workouts and be sure that they're also effective. When I don't feel like being imaginative I can select from many different workout ideas contained herein. I love how quick and focused kettlebell workouts can be. And I've finally mastered the "dreaded snatch"! I think it was the diagram that showed the arc of the K-bell that helped me visualize how this exercise could be done without heavily bruised forearms. Well-done, Lisa! The only addition that I could have wished for is tabs to help me find what I'm looking for more quickly. But I'll add them myself and be glad it wasn't more expensive.

This is a great manual on KB exercises! This is the first manual on KB exercises I bought, and I refer to it often. I have bought most of the other KB DVD's and I think Pavel's are the best, but this manual unlike the DVD's can go any where and be a constant companion to your KB exercise routine. Granted I am just a KB beginner, but I love this manual. I would recommended it to anyone starting out.
