Marvin has an uncanny ability to make you want to do more and push harder. I decided to seek him out because I'm rehabing some complicated back injuries from a car wreck and I wanted to start my kettlebell journey off right. He took the time to listen to my story and help me develop a plan to succeed. I respond well to his style of motivation, he's not an in-your-face guy, he's very calm, very cool, yet very focused on you and your body mechanics, and pretty intense. You get the sense that he cares and really wants you to succeed. He had very detailed answers for all my questions and was able to get me on the right track very quickly. I'm very excited for my next session and I look forward to many more.

Marvin's kettlebell workout, is a total body workout with cardio included. He is awesome at teaching the kettlebell techniques and is constantly monitoring our form to get the maximum results with no injuries. Great instructor!

Marvin introduced me to the kettle bell last month. He is very particular about one's form but once the form and technique are in place, you are in for an amazing workout. When using the kettle bell, you are working your entire body rather than focusing on one muscle group at a time. Marvin is always adding something new to the routine which keeps it fun and challenging.

I've been athletic all of my life. I started working out with Marvin over a year ago and I can tell you that he can get you better workouts in less time. A kettlebell workout pushes you hard and fast, it's a cardio and strength training workout. You get results and fas.
But the key is correct form so you don't injury yourself and you need someone to keep you on track when you are running out of steam and losing your form. Marvin is enthusiastic and pushes you to keep going but is also in tune to what you need to focus on. He is also very encouraging.
