Ken walks the walk as well as he alks the talk. He's no-nonsense, the kind of person who can and will size you up with an experienced, professional eye, drawing on his wide variety of training to find not only everything you need, but also prioritizing those needs so that your basic movement patterns are good. Good basic movement is where we all ought to start and Ken will start you there, helping you progress towards your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. He can take you all the way through to heavy weight lifting, conditioning work, and just about anything else you might want. Ken's the man - work with him if you get the chance and you will be better for it.
10/10 New York tough - California Cool

When I found out that Ken was to be one of the instructors for my RKC in Chicago, I sensed it was a really good fit for me. I was struggling with my turkish get-up and plank and Ken help me start to understand what "body awareness," is all about. I also have to give him huge credit for helping me achieve a PR with the military press (36kg). Much of that PR was due to him helping me get a better clean in place. He provided a few words of "tough love," which were truly a motivating factor. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again.

Ken Froese really knows how to motivate his clients to reach their fullest potential. With his superior knowledge of Kettlebell and Z-Health, Ken works with you to reach your goals in a holistic approach to the body. He doesn't order you to perform feckless exercises: He explains every detail of what he does and why. In fact, you get smarter the more you work with him. I first trained under Ken a year ago and he was the first person to teach me how to use a Kettlebell. He truly widened my approach to fitness. A year later, I'm still practicing Kettlebell, I'm certified in Z-Health, and I'm in the best shape of my life. Thanks for your encouragement Ken!

I was very impressed with him. He is very knowledgeable, focused and positive.
And he is very open and scientifically curious about everything regarding training. I was very satisfied with the instruction and will continue, whenever possible. And he is also a very nice guy!
10/10 Amazing Trainer

I started training with Kenny in January. To be honest I had never worked with kettle bells and knew little about them. Kenny's low key style and easy going demeanor made the introduction to this type of work out simple. Don't get me wrong, he encouraged me to work my ass off! He uses his deep understanding of the human physique to maximize my strength. I am lifting weight I never thought I could. Kenny critiques are precise and his corrections are always spot on. I leave sweating and limp, looking forward to my next work out.
I am a single Mom with two sons. I rush home excited to share what I've lifted or learned in that days session. My boys are proud of me and I am proud of myself. Thanks to Kenny's guidance I'm getting stronger everyday. He is the REAL DEAL, I mean look at those arms!
10/10 Quiet Confidence-Keen Observer

Ken was an assistant at my RKC Certification in San Diego. He has a quiet confidence about him that allows him to observe a lot before saying anything. Once you ask, he has a lot of great observations and correctives. He was able to help me with many different form issues. He gets in my head and makes me THINK about how I move and how I can move better. At a recent Pavel workshop following my RKC, Ken spent his own lunch break time to help me with some movement and pain issues I was having. Once again, his observations were quite helpful. He is willing to take a stand and hold his line even if others don't quite understand--he can basically back it up. Ken's a good man and instructor. I hope I can continue to work with him in the future. I have no reservations about recommending Ken Froese as a RKC or Z-Health instructor. He knows his stuff!
10/10 Quick "Simple" Fix
By Stephen Ruiz, RKC
/ Edmond, Oklahoma
I had the distinct opportunity of attending a Z-Health certification with Ken. During the certification I mentioned my pistols were ragged and I needed a little heel lift to reach bottom without falling back -- a common problem. Ken demonstrated a couple drills to perform and then provided some additional "encouragement." After which I performed a "butt on achiles" pistol -- all the way to the bottom and all the way to the top! Although I am an RKC, that was my first ever full ROM pistol! Ken provides simple and effective drills and instruction...quality, excellence, and committed! Thanks, Ken
10/10 Wealth of knowledge

Ken and I talked shop, or I should rephrase that to "I let him talk and I listened".
Anyone training with him is blessed to have a knowledgeable, attentive and no-nonsense direct approach to fixing problems like Ken possesses. I am RKC myself, and have other certs and run my own shop, but Ken is one of those people you strive to become as you grow!
10/10 Phenomenol Instructor & Class

I look forward to Kenny's Kettlebell Training Class every single week because it's intense, his teaching style is extremely attentive to each and every student, and Kenny's form while demonstrating is impeccable. I had a severe back strain that had prevented me initially from doing Kenny's class effectively. Part of the reason was I had been doing a lot of my movements (as a spill over from other workouts) completely wrong. Kenny immediately corrected my form and my back problems have slowly subsided over time. I feel stronger, more powerful, and covered in sweat after every workout with Kenny (which is a huge bonus). I cannot recommend him more highly or enthusiastically. You are dealing with a pro here.

I look forward to Ken's kettlebell classes every week. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding kettlebells and overall fitness. He's willing to do whatever it takes to help you get the technique right. I struggled with cleans when I first started and Ken worked with me one on one until I eventually was able to get it down. The workouts that he puts together are awesome and they always make you work your hardest. When I'm done I always feel like I had an exceptional workout. I highly recommend Ken to anyone interested in kettlebell training. He's the best there is when it comes to kettlebells
