10/10 Excellent kettlebell and movement trainer!

I went to keats to clean-up my form on a few kettlebell moves - in particular the snatch, swing, and get up. Keats started me off with the CK-FMS screen and quickly identified key areas for me to work on. Hip flexors I knew were tight, but the shoulder mobility was a surprise. From there he coached me on a myriad of techniques to correct my hip flexor issues and t-spine mobility. From there we moved on to the swing and Keats advised me on a great drill to get my hip snap more powerful. Getup, and snatch corrections were also very insightful, with new visualizations and advice to improve form and safety. I highly recommend Keats to anyone in the Phoenix Metro area if they are looking to take their movement and kettlebell training to the next level. He also offers a variety of other sports and fitness related services and coaching, in addition to kettlebell work.

His knowledge of form and technique is first-class and he's a patient and effective communicator. I'm very lucky to have such a terrific instructor right down the street from me. After 2 years of kettlebell training on my own, I decided to consult with an RKC instructor to better prepare for attending an HKC workshop. I found Keats Snideman and did a little research and decided he might be a good fit for what I wanted to accomplish. I had no idea!
The level of knowledge that Keats has is second only to his ability to share that knowledge in such a way that anyone can understand it. Any issue that I had was thoroughly explained as to how, why, what to do for correction, and by the way, here is something else you can do to help even further. I learned so many things thanks to Keats, and was immediately able to take that knowledge home and put it into practice. I passed the HKC with flying colors, and I have Keats Snideman to thank for that. I look forward to working with him further as I prepare for the RKC.

I was referred to Keats Snideman by my running coach, Rawle Crichlow, of Feel the Heat Track Club, whom I hold in high regard. Rawle himself is an accomplished sprinter whose respect is not easily gained; I knew that Rawle's stamp of approval meant Keats is an expert in his field. I went to Keats to rehabilitate a calf injury from sprinting. What I gained from Keats was so much more than simply healing a muscle; I gained amazing strength, speed, and agility that I did not even know I had in me! Keats offers a revolutionary approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention that is unparalleled in the Phoenix area: his unique combination of strength training combined with neuromuscular sports massage trains your muscles to work in real time in a concerted effort, just as they would in everyday reproducible movements. I now see the problem with the isolated muscle training and weight lifting that the majority of trainers promote: it doesn't work. There is a reason professional athletes keep going back to Keats: his methods work better than any other physical therapist or personal trainer! EVERY WEEK that I have met with Keats, I have shaved seconds off of my 300M and 400M times! My mile pace has decreased significantly as well. My running ability and strength training has absolutely exploded thanks to Keats' outstanding teaching ability. I continue to PR every week or two! Keats enthusiasm and perfection is absolutely infectious. I trained with kettlebell about a year by myself, and I decided to meet Keats Snideman to learn RKC style. I really wondered that I really need lesson or not. However, once I trained with Keats Snideman. I really think that it is awsome. He explained very well about RKC style. I learned so fast. Also, my body ability improved a lot. I made new PR of 28 kg press (body weight about 63kg) with Keats Snideman. If I did not meet Keats Snidmean, I do not think that I love kettlebell this much. I also plan to take RKC certification after I finish army(since I am from Korea, I have to serve 2 years). Thank you so much Keats Snideman and I really recommend him to anyone.

Keats is one of best coaches and trainers you will ever meet. I say this because as his brother I have never met anyone with such a ferocious appetite for education and for learning. This guy is a wealth of knowledge and his clients prove his expertise and skill level. With Keats now part of the RKC community I am very excited to say that we are all better off having him on the "inside". As a CSCS, Neuromuscular Therapist and now an RKC, he has the tools to transform people's athletic ability and help prevent injury. The bottom line is that Keats not only talks the talk but walks the walk. He leads a life of a total athlete in every sense of the word and spreads his passion for health and fitness to his clients. The true coach in my oppinion exhibits professionalism, expertise, immediate results, an encouraging attitude and love for what he does. Keats fits the description of a true coach. Welcome to the team hermano!!!
