I have had the pleasure of training under Kamillah Webb for the past few years. I can say without question that its the best workout I've had since I finished playing college basketball 10 years ago! She is great at keeping the workouts fresh and encouraging everyone to give their all and then give some more! I love being pushed and working out in the great environment that she has created. Okay - I am lazy. That is the truth. I decided to try the 14 day program. Kamilah gave us a workout that was doable and became part of my daily life. I saw a transformation after a week. I slept better and deeper, had more energy, felt happier and couldn't go a day without doing some form of physical activity. My eating habits changed as well. Kamilah is a motivator a task master and she is understanding. I joined and have been keeping up with my caloric intake and look forward to losing more inches and weight, but most importantly FIT. Kamilah Webb is the ultimate instuctor, as well as great person. She will give you a workout that you won't forget. She is extremely consistent with her workouts. But a few of the things that set her apart from all others is that she is so understanding, encouraging, and easy to get along with, while giving a great workout, which makes for a great class. I can't speak for everyone, but when you have an instructor with a "better than thou" attitude, no matter how good they might be, it makes for a miserable experience, and one that I would not attend again. Thats why I say that "Kamilah Webb is the BEST around.

I have been attending Kamillah's classes for a little over a year now and the results have been far better than any I have ever achieved. Part of the reason for this is Kamillah's approach to her training. Kamillah's classes are not easy but she manages to make them enjoyable so that you keep coming back rather than skipping sessions. I have had excellent results(lost 35lbs) and look forward to continue pushing myself for continued improvement.

When I first started with Box-2B-Fit I was very nervous, I had not worked out in years. I've been training with Kamilah for about 10 months now and the results are evident (30+lbs in weight loss). More important than the physical changes are the mental ones that come from working with Kamilah. I never exercised before,but her encouragement through often times grueling workouts makes you believe that you can do it. Her energy compels you to do your best and when you get there to push even further. She keeps you guessing up until the last minute about her workout routines, thus never getting bored with them. I had orthopedic surgery over 8 years ago. The challenges I faced in physical therapy made me realize that the rest of my life would entail strength and conditioning exercises to keep my lower body and back strong. Needless to say I never found this in any gym until now. Working out with Kamilah has been a true blessing for my physical and mental well-being! I can honestly say, I get excited to go work out! Kamilah is without a doubt the best trainer and motivator that I have ever worked with. She is focused on making sure everyone in the class is using the proper technique and form, while challenging everyone to push themselves a little harder each time. People question why I drive 45 minutes to this gym but there is nothing else in the area that even comes close to the work-out you get at Box-2B-Fit. Kamilah offers that rare combination of professionalism, knowledge and empathy. When arriving on day one, I was skeptical of my ability to make it through a tough workout. What I find very difficult is finding that drive and incentive to train and work out. Kamilah has that certain "something" that makes you feel comfortable but she also makes you want to work hard. It's an intangible encouragement to always do your best. She just seems to understand. Kamilah keeps every workout different from the one before so that you never get bored, but you still get a fantastic challenge. Kamilah is simply the best trainer that you will find. I have been overweight for almost my entire life and although I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey, I know that with Kamilah's training I will overcome it. I have never felt welcomed or comfortable at other gyms and with other trainers as I do with Kamilah and BOX-2B-FIT. She is great at what she does and pushes you hard because she cares and wants you to achieve your goals. Her classes challenge you and as a result I am doing things that I could have never imagined doing before. I have worked with Kamilah one on one and with kettlebell class. She adjusts the workouts to each person in the class. She pushes hard and helps you to understand just how much your body can do. I am one of her older students and she keeps me motivated. I plan on staying with Kamilah and Box 2 B-fit until I can no longer walk into the club! Most importantly, even if I walk in not wanting to work out, she motivates me to keep going.

My drill sargeant couldn't smoke me this hard! In fact I think I told her that after my class. I went to her gym for a basic training class and thought, "This can't be anything like the real thing". Whatever! I'm a prior service US Army soldier and I have to say, she KICKED MY A$& IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES OF TRAINING! Very motivating. Can't wait to go back!

Kamilah is an exceptional trainer/instructor and good spirited individual. She pays attention and ensures you have proper technique as you work out; she will not let you cheat yourself. Most trainers especially in class settings, do not do this. Her motivational tactics to push you to your max are professional and stated with care. I have personal trained with Kamilah as well as currently attending the Bootcamp, Kettlebell, and Boxing classes. I went from a size 12 to a size 8 in 6 months, gaining muscle mass and evident toning all over. Kamilah will push you to your full potential to ensure you get your money's worth. I have been to several gyms but have never been to a gym like Box2bfit. The intense work outs here are one of a kind. This gym is not for the weak minded or "too pretty to sweat" types. I have been training with Kamilah for the last six months. I have always taken exercise seriously but never seemed to make much progress since having children. While working with Kamilah, I have noticed significant muscle development and increased strength. I would not have made this progress on my own for two reasons, I didn't know how and I would never have pushed myself as hard as I do when working with Kamilah.
What you get from Kamilah is honesty and motivation in addition to a safe and expertly supervised workout. She has pushed me to finish my reps or lift a heavier weight. My training has excelled, I am lifting more weights and I have lost a tremendous amount of body fat. Kamilah is gifted and a blessing!

I have been with this club since June 2009. The instructors are awesome but Kamillah in particular has the knack for pushing a person further than he/she believed possible. Not for the weak, her classes (BLT, bootcamp, etc) have made me work harder than I ever believed possible. There is no better motivator than someone who has been on the other side and knows the benefit of what she is teaching. she is knowledgeable regarding technique and will take the time to make sure you understand what she expects of you, while at the same time making you work so hard you just want to zone out and "find a happy place".

Kamilah is the type of trainer, that even in a class of fifteen people you feel that she is there just for you. She will push you, and tell you to keep going, but never forgets to tell you (when your finished) what a great job you have done. She will not let you quit, no matter how much you want to, and makes you want to come back again and try a little harder. I appreciate the way she works and she shows you what to do and how to perform the moves to work the correct area and get the results I am looking for.

I have been going to Kamilah's Bootcamp classes for about two months now. For the past couple of years I have been an avid runner, but was getting bored with the same old thing, and had started to plateau in terms of my fitness level. I could never seem to increase my running speed and it was frustrating. My husband convinced me to come to class and all it took was one session with Kamilah and I was hooked. In these two months, I have "broken through the barrier" and increased my running speed by more than a minute pace per mile. I attribute that all to Kamilah's classes. She is very good at working you hard, pinpointing when you can do more, and pushing you just enough to achieve your goals. One of the best things about her classes is that they are NEVER the same-there is always something new to keep me from getting bored. She is the best and it truly never felt so good to hurt so bad!!

Kamilah is a fantastic trainer with a very thorough knowledge of her discipline. I have done her boot camp classes which are pure torture and will demand everything you have to complete the class if you are putting forth your best effort. She wants to see everyone reach their fitness goals and workout at their peak level. Kamilah is also creative in her training techniques. You will never get bored with her workouts, for she finds new and innovative methods to work you out. Kamilah will not let you quit and will make sure that you push yourself to your full potential. She really pays a lot of personal attention to each individual in her classes. She also mixes up the exercise routines in the different classes so you don't get bored and your body doesn't get used to the routine as well. She is really good at what she does.

Kamilah is a great trainer. She's very experienced and knows how to train. I've had several knee injuries and getting back into shape has been hard. Starting a new program is hard but I have enjoyed every workout even though training at 6am is difficult, I feel great the rest of the day.

I have been taking Kamilah's classes for about seven months now. She does an excellent job of keeping the classes interesting and challenging so that you do not get bored. I struggle with my weight all my life. I hit a low when I stepped into the boxing gym in Raleigh, NC and I never look back. I joined the group training for weight loss and have finally been able to overcome my obesity. Kamilah was our trainer and at first we hated her for working us so hard but in the long run, it is because she cared that we achieve our results and when we didn't, she worked us even harder. I am still training with Kamilah because she has so much to offer. I always work out of the gym sweaty, tired but a good feeling. Kamilah is by far the best kettlebell instructor and fitness trainer I've ever had. In less than five months of working with her, she's helped me lose over 40 pounds, increase my balance and flexibility, and gain lean muscle mass. No other fitness instructor or physical trainer has even come close to helping me achieve those kinds of results. She is also an incredibly patient and encouraging kettlebell instructor, and she really takes the time to make sure everyone understands the exercises and uses proper technique. You can tell Kamilah has really studied kettlebells hard and knows what she's doing. I used to hate exercise, but Kamilah makes it fun. She is definitely one of the primary reasons I look forward to working out now.
