I decided to give Kettle Bells a try and took the introductory class offered at Serenity Fit. Joe is a great teacher and motivator, I've been hooked since that first session.
My primary goal was to lose weight and I've seen a lot of weight loss already. With Joe's coaching I'm building knowledge, improving my posture and strength. In addition my energy level has increased substantially!
The most comforting part of working with Joe is that he continues to coach me on my skills to ensure that I perform the exercises correctly. This is critical to me because of my fear of injuries. Through Joe's coaching and the KB workouts, issues with my back and elbow have disappeared.
My recommendation...Go to Joe!!!

10/10 Got Me Through the RKC

Joe was as an Asst. Instructor during my recent RKC certification and he was incredibly helpful to me during the whole weeken . He was extremely attentive and had an eye for detail that helped me make the necessary adjustments that I needed to do the movements correctly. He was always watching, had patience when I was getting frustrated with myself and provided the feedback and encouragement that I needed to make it through the weekend. I owe a lot to Joe as he was a BIG reason why I have my RKC today.

I recently attended an RKC certification in Downingtown, PA with Joe being one of the Asst Instructors. Right away his professionalism made an impression. When making adjustments he stood right next to me, locked eyeballs, and either told me or asked the question that gave me that "ah hah" moment. Several times through the weekend I had that moment. I walked away stronger, and with some tips to help clients in the future. Thanks Joe!

Joe is a very knowledgeable instructor who can explain and demonstrate all aspects of Kettlebell training. Even with larger class sizes, he makes a point to supervise and correct each one of us as necessary during class. Joe is very motivating to make you work hard in class but still "listen to your body". Class routines are changed every so often to keep the class engaged. His passion and enthusiasm for the sport is addicting. I am very impressed with Joe as an instructor and have nothing but praise for him and the facility (Serenity Health and Fitness).

Joe is an awesome instructor that understands his students. The Kettle Bell class he teaches is in a group setting but he is great in giving individual attention to each student without disrupting the flow of the class. I highly recommend any class that Joe offers since he is great with people and truly understands how to get the best out of each student!

Joe is great. He has a patience and enthusiasm that is very motivating. Encourages but doesn't push past a smart limit. He encourages you to "listen to your body" and helps you work past injuries and limitations without making them worse. After working with him for several months now, I am confident he can help me improve.
