I didn't know what a kettlebell was . I saw her swinging this thing at the gym and she says try it, you will love it. I am hooked on on the kettlebells. I have had many knee surgerys and it was hard for me to get a good workout because of joint pain. Jen has totally change that for me ,for the better. She pays attention to what is going on in her clients body and adjust accordingly. LOVE HER !!!

Jennifer is one of the most dedicated, intense trainers I have ever met. She knows her stuff with these kettlebells, she knows how far to push you, she knows when to step in with advice, and she knows when to call it quits. On top of being very nice, she has a great sense of humor that helps put people at ease. Expect a hard, but very effective workout with Jennifer

If you want to learn how to kettlebell correctly, you want to learn from Jennifer. Kettlebelling is extremely fun, and the most effective workout for strength, conditioning and weight loss. Jennifer will make sure you leave knowing how to do everything, she makes it fun, care free and easy, try it once and you will be hooked for life!
10/10 Incredible!

Jenn is an amazing motivator who truly knows how to get the best out her "subjects". I am currently taking kettle bell classes with her and she has pushed me to limits I thought I could not reach. Kettle Bells take getting used to, especially for someone like me who has been used to free weights for so long. However, with Jenn's instruction, and correct form, the workouts are by far the best I ever had. Amazing workouts, amazing instructor. What else is there to say. I would recommend her to anyone, male or female.
10/10 Great Personal Trainer

I have just recently started working with Jennifer. So far I am very pleased. She identifies what your goals are and works from there. She is able to recognize the level you need to start with. Then she makes sure that you are performing properly. She has a great personality which is important. You need to click with your trainer if it's going to work! I like that she has a starting point and builds from there. Preparing the body one step at a time for the next level. I also like that she is able to recongize how far she can push your limits, and knows when to stop to not be counterproductive. I like to be push my limits. I am looking for some serious results and she takes this as seriously as I do. I look forward in reaching my high expectation goals of myself with Jennifer!

Jennifer is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. I always look forward to our sessions so I can learn something new and feel good about myself when I leave. I feel a little bit stronger and a whole lot better about myself. She is a wonderful trainer and I would recommend her to any of my friends.
10/10 I can't imagine myself being with a different Instructor!

Jennifer has been my trainer for almost a month now and I can not imagine myself being with a different trainer. Jennifer is very compassionate and loyal to her clients. And when it comes to working out and kettlebell training she knows her stuff! Not to mention that she makes you sweat your butt off during a 30 minute Kettlebell work out. I feel very comfortable and confident with Jennifer being my instructor, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs one.
10/10 Jen's words of wisdom "Tighten those Glutes"!
By Christina Reilly

I was intrigued when I first spoke to Jennifer about the kettlebell. Her enthusiam and spirit towards this heavy odd looking cowbell kind of thing had me sold. I have been working out my entire life consisting of gymnastics, conditioning, weight training and lots and lots of cardio. I was definitely looking for somehthing new but didn't realize what a work out you can get from the kettlebell. Jen stressed the importance of the proper technique in kettlebelling (which makes it that much harder) but with that comes the "Tightening of those Glutes" which helps maintain the strengthening and tightening of the core. "GO LONG PUSH PRESS!" For someone who can run 5 miles on a treadmill is darn sweaty after a 30 min kettlebell workout with Jennifer. Speaking of which my glutes hurt. Thanks Jen!
10/10 No Nonsense and Lots of Compassion

Jennifer knows her stuff and is excited that her clients enjoy it as much as she does. I can't imagine anyone more dedicated to her job as Jennifer. The kettlebells are her babies! When she uses them it's really a beautiful thing. She always has her eyes open to anyone who is at risk of injury by less than perfect form. Her excitement is infectious! As a trainer, I can not imagine better.
9/10 a women with mission

I have known Jennifer for many years and was very impressed with her decision to become a trainer. She has been going to the gym for years and found something she loved to do, the kettlebell. She does incorporate it into to her sessions but also used other things like the TRX, ropes, and bands. She can be hard at times, but she does it so you learn the right way. Jennifer listens to her clients and gives 100% of herself to them. At first I didn't like the kettlebell but it grows on you. I can't wait to learn the Indian clubs.
