10/10 Great coach and awesome kettlebell club

By Aniesha Sapp / San Leandro, US

Jason is a great coach. His experience and background in exercise and health shows. He has a great deal of knowledge about overall and complete full person health and wellness. He is helped me prepare for my very first bodybuilding competition. He gave great tips and advice on how to work the areas of my body that needed improvement. He provided not only verbal assistance but was there to demonstrate proper form and technique to get me the results that I wanted. His kettlebell classes are fun and make you sweat! If you don't know about kettlebells and being and getting healthy
call Jason and check out San Leandro Kettlebell Club.

10/10 Exceptional Healer

By Edward Waring / Kensington, CA, CA

I have seen Jason several times over the past year and found him extremely helpful to my feeling of overall well-being and for a specific knee joint problem (inflammation, stiffness following meniscus tear arthroscopy). He applied eastern and western procedures - acupunture/physical therapy - in what was for me a wonderful, creative approach that has largely solved my problem. He gave me a great set of exercises that I use intermittently at best, but that is quite a significant change for me! I feel he is an amazing healer!

10/10 Mario Brown Eastern Washington Univ Running Back

By Mario Brown / Oakland, Califonia-Cheney, Washington, United States

My name is Mario Brown, I Graduated from Bishop O'Dowd Highschool class of 2010. Throughout my career there Coach Beito was a big part of my success in highschool. Whenever I had injuries he worked with me after practices taking me through rehab exercises and strengthening exercises so that I could rehab faster and get back on the field. He also helped me become more flexible and as I would lift he would provide me with tips on how a lift could become easier and more efficient by correcting my body position and etc... Now that I am in college I am not provided with the same one on one time that coach Beito provided me with and I wish I was able to take him with to college, but every chance I get when I come home I try to work with him as much as possible and I know like in highschool he will provide me with things I need to better than my opponent. He really is great guy. He dedicates himself to his craft and I can tell, because his methods work for me and various others!

10/10 Fantastic in Every Way

By Hope / San Leandro

Jason B. is a fantastic coach and teacher! From the first encounter, he is focused on his client. He knows a lot about the body and movement and willingly shares it. Two things that I find particularly impressive about Jason is (1) he seems to be constantly thinking about what will help his clients. He is quick to follow up or send new information via email. (2) He can actually do what he asks his clients to do. Some of moves are challenging, whether a person is in peak condition or not. He does them with fluid strength. This helps him tell and SHOW what a client should be doing. Lastly, he is SUPER nice. He knows how to motivate with encouragement. (I once had a coach that cursed at me a lot. That's a turn off.) Really, Jason is fantastic in every way.

10/10 Jay Beito

By Corey Nuti / Bishop O' Dowd High School

Coach Beito has helped me multiple times. Last year he helped me with a hip flex-or injury and last week he helped me with a problem I was having with my shoulder. Now i feel good as new and ready to play. My team mates and I are never worried when we have a injury because we know Coach Beito will help us recover quickly to get us back on the field. Coach Beito is a GREAT trainer and coach.

10/10 Different Kind of Therapy and Training

By Elliott Brue / Bishop O' Dowd High School

Coach Jay Beito has and is continuing to help my recovery for a back injury that I had sustained recently. I have never felt so rejuvenated after a session with Coach. I continue to feel gradually better as the days progress. His broad knowledge of Physical Training and Physical Therapy has made me more confident in a quick recovery and feeling more agile than before sustaining the injury. I believe that if I proceed to receive consistent Therapy and Training from Coach Jay, My body will fill more in shape than ever before.

10/10 Trigeminal Neuralgia can be managed without meds.

By Eddie L. Bankston / Berkeley,Ca.

Trigeminal neuralgia is a nerve disorder that causes a stabbing or electric-shock-like pain in parts of the face.
The pain of trigeminal neuralgia comes from the trigeminal nerve. This nerve carries pain, feeling, and other sensations from the brain to the skin of the face. It can affect part or all of the face, and the surface of the eye.Often, no specific cause is found.

Symptoms
?Very painful, sharp electric-like spasms that usually last a few seconds or minutes, but can become constant.
I have trigeminal neuralgia, doctors that I have seen suggested anti-seizure drugs, tricyclic antidepressants or surgery. After treatments with Jason my pain has been significantly reduced without any of the medication suggested. I am pain free for longer periods of time than before I started seeing Jason. One of the things I truly appreciate about Jason is his intuitiveness, he came up with a new treatment recently that has had amazing results. To me Jason has been a God sent.

10/10 Excellent coach, great results

By Drew / Napa CA

When Jay frist told me about kettle bells I had never heard of the equipment or any type of workout associated with it. Simply put, after just two 45 min kettle bell workouts with Jay, i notice a significant difference in my core strength. For someone who plays basketball two or more times a week, I was noticeably stronger, more quick, and had a better sense of balance, all contributing to my overall success on the court. I can only imagine if I commit to a regular workout routine with Jay and the kettle bell program.
