I started using kettlebells a couple months ago and got hooked right away. I wanted to take an instructional class though as is highly recommended to ensure I was doing things right. Bridgette's class was great for this. Even though I've purchased several books and videos, including Pavel's "Enter The Kettlebell" book and DVD, Bridgette was able to give me pointers and make me aware of things I should be doing differently. She was friendly, enthusiastic, informative and made the class fun for everyone. My wife took the class with me, not having done any kettlebell work, and quickly realized the benefit of the handheld gym. We hope to take another class or attend Bridgette's Kettlebell Fitness Club. She is a great instructor, and I highly recommend her classes.

A friend of mine took a Kettlebell class and recommended to me. Bridgette is knowledgable, helpful and wonderful instructor. I have been working with Bridgette for a year now and Kettlebell has changed the entire shape of my body. I will continue taking classes and only with her! I highly recomend if you are thinking of starting, chose Bridgette!

I began Kettlebell's after seeing a free class offered. I have been hooked since that time. I had never done strength training and I am amazed at what I am capable of. Bridgette is a wonderful instructor, knowing the fine balance between getting you engaged and then pushing you to try something bigger. She really focuses on technique so you keep your body protected. I have been met some great women in this class and I look forward to going to the weekly class and then to the fitness club workouts. As the time goes by, I feel in good shape in a way that I have not experienced before. Bridgette is a great teacher and I have gotten some friends on board with Kettlebell's as a result of my good experience.

My first experience with Kettle Bells was amazing . The six wk course gave me more core strength and the ability to raise the bell over my head, something i was not able to do in the begining of the course. If your looking to increase strenght this is a great course.

I started doing Kettle bells about 5 months ago. Bridgette Jacobs is my instructor. I have participated in her beginner classes and then in her fitness club classes. She does an excellent job of planning each workout so that each one of us is able to achieve our fitness goals. She continually helps each one of us with our technique to ensure we are getting the most of each exercise and doing them safely. She will offer different options with each exercise so that beginners can learn the moves and those of us that want a challenge get it. Every class is a new routine. You never get board. It is obvious that Kettle bells have been a wonderful tool for Bridgette to obtain her physical goals and she wants each one of us to meet ours. If you’re looking to try Kettle bells I encourage you to come to Bridgette’s class. She’s great!

I have been doing kettlebells with Bridgette for two years - first as students, and now with her as my instructor. Bridgette learned from the best and has passed that knowledge on in the classes she teaches. She provides variety and is always passing on new things that she has learned. Bridgette pushes you to work hard, but also works within each person's physical limitations. She inspires me to keep on coming to class.
