Stronger, Faster and Much More Mobile

Harinder is an excellent kettle bell instructor. His extensive knowledge of body mechanics and good judgment of individual strengths/weaknesses allow him to create training programs that safely and effectively develop your inner strength and build your stamina. Harinder is extremely motivational. His drive and dedication to master mixed martial arts and kettle bell instruction is very inspirational. Since I've been training with Harinder my hockey game has dramatically improved. I am stronger, I am faster and much more mobile thus allowing me to be explosive and responsive. I'd be more than willing to refer friends, family, colleagues, athletes, anyone trying to take their game to the next level or interested in setting new goals. Harinder can help get you there!

Great way to Reduce Your Back Pain

When I started doing kettle bells, I was told by other interns at my school it would help reduce my back pain because it helps strengthen the core muscles. After 3 full classes with Harinder not only has my back pain reduced to a level that I can sleep better at night; but I have also lost weight and I have built muscle strength. At this moment in time I can do 32 snatches with 35 lbs on each hand continuously, which was a goal that I set for myself. I have reached it and I am setting higher goals. Every week I look forward to the next week of training with Harinder so I can shatter my next goal of 27 snatches with 54lbs on each hand. Harinder is knowledgeable, patient, motivational and a great instructor. I highly recommend him for any one at any skill level.

As a long time weight lifter it was difficult for me to believe that a single weight could benefit me as much as a gym full of equipment. I thought I was in decent shape until I was first introduced to the Kettlebell workout with Harinder. He showed me a whole new level of strength training and with his instruction I am in the best shape of my life. He is a great coach who pushes you to reach your full potential and will not take any excuses until you get there. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape.

When I first saw kettlebells, I was honestly a bit skeptical that I could beat my normal gym routine with just a "cannonball with a handle". However, after training with Harinder - my skepticicm is put to rest: I'm a kettlebell fan! My personal athletic performance has been greatly increased: strength, endurance, and flexibility. I also never thought that lifting could be such a cardio workout!

As a martial artist and former national-level competitor, I strive to balance strength and flexibility in my training.
Harinder has shown me that a well planned KB program can efficiently improve my martial arts prowess and overall fitness. Having been a collegiate-level athlete, Harinder is familiar with the regimen needed to develop championship form. He uses his knowledge of kinesiology and biomechanics to develop specific and targeted KB workouts. Harinder's approach is analytical, methodical, and effective.

I decided to start Kettlebell training in search of a new and efficient way of training. At first I was skeptical, but I was sold after the first class. Kettlebell training has helped me increase my strength and endurance faster than any other training I have done in the past. It has also helped me with my core strength, speed and accuracy which is essential for me as a chiropractor. Working out with Harinder has been great! He has a unique ability to push you to your physical limits and motivate you to do better. Every week when you think you've seen it all he'll throw something else at you which always keeps you on your toes and challenges you. Try working out with him... you will not be disappointed!!

A Great Instructor for the Most Efficient Workout System

I take a lot of time to keep myself in shape but found that I'd hit a plateau. In my search for a more effective strength workout I turned to Harinder. The results were nothing short of astonishing. The first obvious change was my grip strength -- I felt like I could crush just about anything with either hand. Then my core strength and back strength experienced a two-fold boost. None of this would have been possible without Harinder. His instruction is detailed, patient and attentive, but don't construe this as an indication that he'll go easy on you; he won't. When the ten minute Man Maker exercises come around he'll have you screaming for uncle.

I was a little skeptical when I started training with kettlebells. I mean how could a metal ball with a handle take the place of my elliptical training, jogging, weightlifting and gym membership? Well, three months later, I'm kicking myself for not training with Harinder sooner. He is an excellent instructor with an in-depth knowledge of the training regimen and human body. After explaining how to do an exercise, Harinder will tell you why this exercise is going to benefit you. When I was at the gym, there was no real purpose for doing all the exercises I was doing. I was just trying to burn calories and sweat. The kettlebell training and Harinder's instruction puts a purpose behind each movement and exercise, giving a focus that I've never had before while trying to get into shape. The results come quick too! With the years I spent at the gym, I was never able to achieve the type of results that I've been getting with the kettlebells. The explosion of power that I now have is ridiculous and evident through all my sports with my increased endurance (mountain biking, basketball, football, racquetball, etc.) If you want to be more than you can be, schedule some time with Harinder. You won't be disappointed!

Harinder has an incredible KB program. I find myself having a much better sense of body control. From an athletic standpoint, my agility and endurance has increase tremendously. I find myself transforming to a much more explosive player on the basketball court. I highly recommend to athletes trying to take their game to the next level.

Instructor Harinder is very passionate at what he does and has a great ability to help people better themselves. I am thankful to have met him and learn how to train from him. I have tremendous respect and privilege to have Harinder as my kettlebell coaching Instructor. His vast knowledge of techniques and body mechanics with excellent communication skill has made significantly improvement to my Health, Strength, and Endurance of any of my sport activities like martial arts, biking, skiing.
He maintains high intensity workout, with safety in mind in his kettlebell lifting training and with his personalized home work instructions, I feel much physically fit, flexible, and stronger from when I started the KB program. I highly recommend him, It works.

Harinders explosive energy coupled with his unbelievable knowledge about the human body and how to train to maximal efficiency makes his class so much fun and beneficial. He has so much enthusiasm when teaching and he makes sure you are working out with great form to gain maximal benefits out of your workout. I have been actively involved in sports since I was a child and made training a huge part of my life. I used to go to the gym and lift weights for two hours, now after training with Harinder I workout for one hour with Kettlebells and feel better than I have in years. I used to feel very stiff and sore after a workout when lifting traditional weights, now I feel great, I go out and meet with friends or sit down and get some homework done. Since starting Kettlebell training I have gotten stronger, more agile, more muscle definition, and better confidence in my daily activities. Harinder opened my eyes to a different style of training, starting Kettlebell training was the best decision I made for my body.

It also managed to increase my endurance. As a current final year Doctor of Chiropractic graduate student, I have also noticed an increase in speed, accuracy and precision when it comes to my spinal adjustive procedures, allowing me to take my methods of care to the next level. This is a great workout! oh and let's not forget the amount weight I have lost while doing this workout. It can be a tough workout at times! But when Harinder is in the room with you, pushing you to the limits and motivating you to strive to be the best it's all worth it! He really seems to enjoy what he does, always in a positive mood and ready to work with you. It's that motivation that drives you to kick ur workout up to the next level.

Harinder gives excellent instruction on each KB technique and movement, focusing on safety and proper form. He provides lots of feedback. His classes are motivating and dynamic. I've been training with him for over a year. I'm challenged every class I have with him and look forward to them. KB training has far exceeded my expectations for results. I used to do a traditional free weight routine, but now I only do KB training and the improvements have been outstanding. I'm stronger, more flexible and more coordinated. It has not only helped my overall functional strength, I've seen improvements in my martial arts, rock climbing and running. I highly recommend taking classes with Harinder.

Staying fit has always been a top priority of fine. However, it's not always easy to do, even if you have the time. Lifting weights at the gym is a cumbersome process and it's a tough routine to stick to while doing a kettle bell workout in my living room for 30 minutes a few times per week really isn't. Through Harinder's prescribed program I feel that I've gained attributes which I previously thought were unattainable. Last year I was able to complete a triathlon which has been a longstanding goal of mine. I've also been able to play recreational basketball (my favorite sport) as if I was in high school again. My endurance is better, I have more explosiveness, I feel stronger, I'm running faster, jumping higher, and my overall life is better. I owe a lot to Harinder. Without him none of this would have been possible.

Harinder really opened my eyes (and muscles) to how efficient and effective kettlebell training really is! Harinders teaching is very attentive, specific, and caring for each and every one of his students which assures safe strength building and training. Personally, I experienced tremendous results from the initial training regimen within only a few weeks of starting. And, not only have I experienced increases in strength, but the cardio benefits are amazing, too. The kettlebell training has wonderful health benefits, but can also help in other ways, too. A few months ago, the kettlebell training literally saved me from serious injury: I was wheeling over a large, pressed-wood fiberboard TV cart to my SUV and thought it was not very heavy. Using a proper bent-knee lifting form, I started to lift the TV cart. Within seconds, I realized the cart was much heavier than I had anticipated. However, at that point, I was in a position where I could not set it down without injuring myself. Immediately the kettlebell training kicked in. I tensed and structured my muscles and body in the kettlebell form and used one of the kettlebell techniques to raise and push the TV cart successfully into my SUV. While I do not recommend this as a way to lift objects that are really too heavy for a person to lift, that day, kettlebell training did save me from certain injury. I give kettlebell training my highest recommendation. It is the fast and fun way for strength and cardio training!

Harinder is the genuine article. In all my years of organized sports I have NEVER come across someone so passionate about and so immersed in physical culture. What's amazing is his ability to relate to the "common man" despite him being so locked into the world of martial arts, strength, and anything related to human performance. He is a master motivator that has gotten me on the fastest track I've ever been on. People are shocked at how trim I've gotten and how my posture has straightened. But they should see me snatch.

Real Goals, Real Success

Now after just five weeks of training with Harinder, I'm starting to feel like I haven't felt since my Marine Corps days years ago. My energy is through the roof. My productivity has gone up at work, I'm doing more around the community, and most importantly, back at home with the family. My kids are loving it. My five month old is happily flying through the air. My girls love being attacked by the tickle monster. My 13 year old has dad to kick the ball around with. And of course, my wife is happy to see all of the handy man jobs getting done around the house.
These days, I look forward to our Wednesdays and Thursdays classes. I get excited when it's time to do the homeworks. Every time I swing the kettlebell, I hear my son's voice giggling, "Again Dad, again!" When I jump down into the 10 counts, I imagine myself telling him, "I'll race you to the top, son!" These are the voices in my head. Instead of holding my back, they are pushing me to go even further.
