My name is Phil Scarito, RKC, CK-FMS(training) and also Assistant RKC. I hold Kettlebell classes in Chesterbrook, PA. Outside of Philadelphia. A True Endurance Test Rated 10 out of 10
Training with Phil has been a true test of my endurance, I don't think he knows of a number below 20. His classes have been effective as well as entertaining. I simultaneously fear and look forward to his workouts. Phil's classes always push me to go further than I thought I could and much further than I could ever do on my own. I would highly recommend a DV8 Fitness class to anyone in the Philly suburbs.

My husband and I have only just begun, Phil has taught so much in a short period of time. He always stresses the importance of form and breathing and never lets us slack.Phil's turned us into a couple that has learned to love working out together and actually prefers it to anything else. I've only just begun attending Phil's KB classes after spending a year training with Will Williams and I have to say I was at first skeptical that anyone could live up to Big Will's standards. After attending my first class with Phil, I thought I would drop dead. I didn't know what hit me! Needless to say, I will keep going back and look forward to every class! Phil's classes are challenging, yet fun and different every time. He really knows how to push you to limits that you didn't know you could reach. It's rewarding training with a great group of people who are striving to be their best and Phil's the leader who will get us there.........

Phil really is unlike any trainer/instructor I have ever worked with. He mixes intense hard work with fun. Phil Scarito is lightning in a bottle! He has taken a core group of established Kettlebellers, who trained under Will Williams, and made us even better than we already were. To describe Phil's style would be "The Power & The Pain", we train with both individual as well as group goals.
Phil's motivation and drive gets us to the place we want to be. I am a three time Cancer Survivor who started back with Phil on 1/2008 at 252lbs 34% bodyfat after all of the treatments. I now, 6/2008, stand at 228lbs 20% bodyfat. I attribute a large amount of my comeback to the training I do with Phil and the rest of the DV8 crew.

In my quest to become a Personal Trainer myself and enter the fitness arena on a full time basis I stumbled upon Phil Scarito. Phil opened my eyes to the world of kettlebells and so much more. Phil has extreme efficiency and proficiency when training and designing programs for either clients or classes, it's just fantastic! Pushes you to be your best! Rated 10 out of 10
Phil is an exceptional trainer! Every workout with him is challenging and engaging, and never the same--he mixes it up and keeps it fun. Phil consistently pushes me beyond my comfort zone, motivating me to go further and work harder than I ever thought I could. He is very knowlegable about physiology and proper form and breathing.
Phil has been training me in KB for several months now, and when we started I could barely swing a 10 pound bell; these days I can snatch a 25 pounder! I originally started training with Phil to get back into pre-baby shape and literally couldn't do a sit up (no core strength after 2 C-sections!). I am thrilled to say that as a 38 year old mother of three, I can proudly wear a bikini this summer, and that's not a place I could have gotten to without Phil's motivation and exceptional training.

Phil is a great instructor, who excels in teaching classes and in personal training. He motivates me to do my very best each and every time, in part by keeping the workout fresh and exciting. I have been training with Phil since March 2008 and began using a combination of 8kg and 12kg bells. Through his excellent instruction and challenging workouts, I have now graduated to a 16kg bell for several exercises. In fact, in my last training session, I performed several rounds of squats and two arm swings with a 16kg bell in each hand! Whether your looking to improve your endurance or to lose a few pounds, Phil can help you achieve your goals using kettlebells!
