as a long time fitness professional and athlete in new york city I've been lucky to be able to have Matt as an instrumental sounding board for theories and ideas in strength and conditioning. his no nonsense approach to kbs and other tools of the trade make him stand out in a industry that is bogged down in trend hype and snake oil salesman. he is honest about what works and what doesn't and has the knowledge to back it up. as a strength and conditioning coach, i find his input and information invaluable.

Matt is the best!

I started training with Matt about 10 months ago to lose weight and little did I know how often he would include kettlebells into my workout. I was intimidated at first but Matt broke down each move for me and made sure I learned the basics before moving onto more advanced moves. I now train with Matt three days a week and he incorporates kettlebells into every workout.
Matt also makes workouts fun and engaging by constantly pushing me and keeping me challenged. He is an excellent teacher and motivator (especially on days when I feel like I just do not have any energy)!
I have lost 50 pounds so far and feel stronger than ever before. I highly recommend Matt as a trainer. He really is the best!

Matt Is a great trainer who knows his stuff

I have had the pleasure of seeing Matt train and train his clients. I have been around alot of traines or lets just call them set and rep counters. Matt goes far past that. He keeps his clients in the proper phase of there program. Time and time again, not to hard not a fluff session either. Any body can give a hard work out, or push some one to the piont of puking. But what is that? Is that proper programing. No, Matt knows that and progress his cleints just write all of the time.
