I have had the pleasure of working with my friend Cindy Glass using kettlebells since December of 2006 when we both began using them. Since then she has attained a degree of strength, endurance, and mental toughness that is amazing even to those of us who knew how tenacious she was from the start. Not only has Cindy improved herself, but she has pursued the study of kettlebells to Minnesota twice, where she attended the RKC, and RKC Level II. The guidance Cindy receives training with Mark Reifkind Senior RKC continually points her in the right direction and ensures that she will continue to learn more and make new leaps and bounds in strength and knowledge. The industry of personal training is a real roll of the dice, it's tough to find solid, knowledgeable trainers who are in possession of a code of ethics that will not allow them to provide you with anything less than the highest quality training. Fortunately for you, Cindy Glass is just such a trainer. If you have the opportunity to train with her I suggest you do so. Ignore this advice at your own peril. Oh, and don't forget... stay classy.

I had the honor and pleasure of being on Team Brown at the RKC and Cindy was one of my "victims". Cindy has an extremely positive and outgoing attitude when it comes to training hard and well. I watched her train her "victim" with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Cindy was trained by a great instructor prior to the RKC (Sr. RKC Mark Reifkind) and it showed in her performance at the RKC. She was nominated by the Team Brown instructors to represent her group in a technique competition. That spoke highly of her capability, especially since Team Brown had a great assortment of RKC candidates to select. I have no doubt that you will find an enthusiastic and capable instructor in Cindy Glass.
