I'm a strength and grappling enthusiast. In the past, I coached the U.Md. Weightlifting Club at College Park and taught swim technique/basic strength and conditioning as the coach of a recreational swim team. Whether you wish to improve performance in your chosen sport or look and feel better on the beach, I'd love to help you achieve your goal.

For Real
Rated 10 out of 10
Jeff Steinberg is for real! As an athlete, I've sought out Jeff for coaching. As a coach, I've discussed training philosophy with him. As a trainee, I've driven for hours just to lift with him.
Jeff knows his stuff and knows how to teach it. His strength and ability is testament to his knowledge!

Very caring and attentive trainer!
Rated 10 out of 10
Jeff is a terrific trainer and understands athletes very well. He is knowledgeable on a variety of sports, including ones he has never participated in. As a former Division 1 runner I was amazed at how well he was able to adjust training to make it individualized and to fit my needs. I have worked with other trainers who simply did not know as much as Jeff and were not as attentive to my previous injuries. My flexibility and strength has increased greatly in just a short ammount of time.

One of the strongest guys I've ever met.
Rated 10 out of 10
I had the pleasure of training with Jeff numerous times when I worked out at the University of Maryland. First, let me thank him for being the first person to introduce me to kettlebells. Second, let me say he is pound-for-pound, one of the strongest guys I have ever met.
Of course, that strength didn't come by accident - he knows his stuff. He can also easily tap into his knowledge and experience to coach you better. He is an individual that absolutely loves training, and that energy is infectious every single time you're around him. You should jump at the chance just to see him train, let alone be trained by him.
