I recently completed the RKC certification course. I want to praise Pavel as well as John DuCane and Brett Jones for their organization, intensity, attention to detail, and professional instruction. This was the best certification course I have ever attended. Everything was based on science as well as practical use. I am looking forward to the RKC II course. Thanks!

Awesome! High Expectations and Amazing Results
Rated 10 out of 10
Scott not only has a passion for fitness and specifically kettlebell training but also for people. While each session is challenging and a little bit different, it is also fun because of Scott's approach. Everyone leaves each session with a tremendous sense of accomplishment and yearning for the next session. Kettlebell training is very rewarding but requires a level of commitment that many are unwilling or unable to maintain. Scott makes it all possible and I can't imagine not having the opportunity to continue such a beneficial regiment with such an inspirational trainer.

Awsome Instructor

Coach Hines came down to our unit to teach some of our men KB technique. After a thorough demonstration on proper body mechanics, he put our men through a very tough but very nice workout. Then at lunch, he put himself and two of us through a ball buster of a hybrid KB workout. Not only does the man talk the talk, but he walks the walk. I wish you luck, not that you need it, when you participate in the RKC II Instructor Course.
Thank you again and we look forward to the future endeavors with our unit. Take care and God Bless.
