BJ & Kori are awesome and tailor each move learning curve to each person. I had never touched a kettlebell before class and now I will never train without one. I also enjoyed the time spent on flexablity. I very much enjoyed the class and will be back for more in the future. Thank You!

Thanks again for a wonderful seminar. I was very impressed with the entire event. The pace was absolutely perfect! - From the warm-up and cool down stretches, the detailed description of each move with a step by step walk-through, the mini-set work-outs for practice, to the question and answer portion - Everything was just right! I was also impressed with your ability to take a wide variety of needs and abilities and meet each individual person’s goals for the day. It was more than worth the money I spent and I am already looking to take it to the next level with a boot camp. If you want to learn kettle bells - the right way - and want to leave a seminar with the confidence to continue working out with kettle bells on your own than IMPACT Fitness is really your only choice.

You Can Teach AN Old Dog New Tricka!

Over the years I have been involved in many forms of resistive training, from competitive bodybuilding to sport-performance enhancement, including Olympic Weightlifting.
From endurance athlete to bodybuilder and back to ultra-distance Triathlete, I find KB training to be the most effective and time efficient method of resistance training. My sustained muscular power output and strength-endurance has been re-invigorated! The chronic back issues that plagued me in the past are a distant memory. As an expert in human performance and athletic rehabilitation, the proof is in the biomechanics of it all, I just hesitated for some unknown reason. Full credit goes to BJ and Kori for teaching and old-dog new tricks.

Learn from an Expert

I knew I needed help from an expert to start an exercise regimen that was safe and also fun for me to continue with on my own. Kori designed a challenging custom workout program for me, that I have been working on for a couple of weeks. So far, the program has been great!
Kori explained to me why it was not necessary to spend three hours on a workout program. I am able to get through my entire workout in about an hour.

I Was Nervous

BJ & Kori, I was a little nervous, but this is such a good kettlebell workshop. I can’t wait to get my husband into this! I can feel muscles I haven’t felt in years. This will add great core strength to my routine. Thanks for more focus to keep using weight and building strength.

Train Like A Girl-Should!

After recently taking a beginner kettlebell workshop with Kori, I've come to understand that this piece of equipment deserves all the respect you can give it! Kori was a great instructor and did not except "I can't" unless you showed her you couldn't. Each kettlebell move when it was demonstrated, looked hard, but once you give it a try, you are amazed that "hey, it wasn't so bad" I highly recommend taking a class and start reaping the benefits a kettlebell can give you. Throw those leg warmers away girls!
