Andrea U-Shi Chang RKC, CK-FMS has been training with kettlebells since 2005 and still loves every minute!
After the birth of her son, Andrea realized something different needed to happen. As a successful highschool and college level athlete, she had stayed active (she thought), playing competitive tennis, and working out regularly at the gym - but she weighed 195lbs. and had 34% body fat. Technically obese, she realized that something HAD to change.
After being introduced to kettlebells by a childhood friend, she was amazed. Not only were the kettlebell exercises fun, the weight started to fall off. In only 4 months, Andrea lost 45lbs! Better yet, she went from 34% body fat to 17% body fat. Kettlebells had literally changed her life.
Completely inspired and wanting to learn more led her to recieve her Russian Kettlebell Certification directly from Pavel in 2006, and she has been sharing her ever increasing knowledge base with others ever since. Continuing to broaden her education by attending workshops and receiving certifications specializing in functional movement and corrective strategies, Z-Health, advanced kettlebell forms, and other physicals modalities has broadened her understanding of the body and helped make teaching her passion. The ability to help people reach their goals, whether it is to run faster, jump higher, get stronger, or to lose weight, rehab injuries, and alleviate pain, has allowed Andrea to share what she considers the gift - the gift of helping people help themselves.
Being stronger and in better shape then ever (she is now 140lbs, 15% body fat, and comfortably stable at that weight for over 5 years now and continuing to get stronger) has allowed Andrea to be a great model and motivator for others. Her obvious enjoyment and commitment to teaching reveals itself by the sharing of her body of knowledge, teaching the finer points of kettlebell form, functional movements and corrective exercises, while kicking your butt (in a good way!), which is why she is such an effective and fun instructor.
She started her kettlebell/personal training and movement coaching business in 2006, called Kettlebility, and now teaches ongoing kettlebell and movement classes, as well as small group sessions and private instruction, for high level athletes as well as people of all ages and abilities.

Great teacher
Rated 10 out of 10
I'd been working out for a few months with a kettlebell my buddy had given me, I'd read Enter The Kettlebell and studied the DVD. Still, in just a few weeks in a class with Andrea, she'd helped me make more gains than in the months I'd been going it alone. She's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Even in a group setting, she's paying close attention to my technique and constantly helping me improve. And one-on-one sessions with her make for some of the best money I've spent on myself. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have been working weekly with Andrea for over a year and can say that she is a demanding perfectionist--demanding that you perform to your best ability and making sure your kettlebell form is perfection!! It is the highlight of my week to work with her. She is the best and makes a kettlebell workouts possible for all levels of fitness!! Do not miss the opportunity to work with this one of a kind instructor!!! Lynne

Andrea's attention to detail, her ability to clearly instruct on using the proper form paired with her passion and depth of knowledge make her one of the best trainers I have ever had.
As a former firefighter, I have had many (20+) years of experience with personal trainers and pushing my body to its physical limits.
Andrea's expertise has helped me become more functionally fit.
Plus, she is blast and makes all the hard work fun!!

I love my Kettlebells!
Rated 10 out of 10
My mom had informed me that our former neighbor Andrea had lost a lot of weight, was looking great and was a KB instructor. I had no idea what a Kettlebell was and was very curious. My mom, Nancy, showed me Andrea's newsletter and it sounded interesting to me. Nancy and I finally decided to take a couple of two hour classes from her. Andrea really helped us to use the correct form and kept us motivated throughout the two hours. My mom and I right away both enjoyed the class and got a very good work out. We then bought four of our own Kettlebells! We have returned to Andrea's classes many times and keep learning new things. She is always very energetic and motivating (even after knee surgery!) My mom and I also take our KB's to Greenlake and practice on our own. We love our KB's and are very glad that we decided to take Andrea's classes.

The RKC Excellence Continues
Rated 10 out of 10
The rave reviews that are posted by the 31 satisfied students says it all. I had the pleasure of assisting Andrea in obtaining her RKC certification. The same hard work and dedication to excellence that she displayed at her training is now being spread all over the Seattle area. It fills my heart with pride when I read all of these lives that are being changed as a result of her work.

BUILDING A BETTER BODY - FAST!
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea has been a good friend of mine for 18 years and I have always known her to be a driven person who sets and achieves her goals. Even so, I would not have believed the physical transformation that she made after starting kettlebells if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Seeing Andrea's fit physique inspired me to begin training with kettlebells also.
Now a confession: I hate working out! I have always been active, but never kept to a regular exercise program. The kettlebell workout is the first exercise program that I have enjoyed enough to keep me interested and engaged. In addition, I see quick enough results to keep me inspired to continue. I saw positive changes in my body within a week of beginning training with Andrea, and my friends started noticing and making comments after just 2 weeks! Yes, I was surprised too!
Another confession: I am not an athletically inclined person (read clumsy and uncoordinated), but Andrea has been able to work with me on the coordination of my physical movements, and is an excellent coach in this regard. As a nurse, I appreciate her understanding of the underlying physiology of muscle movement and bone structure. She is able to use her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to analyze body mechanics, and is adept in transferring that knowledge into clear instructions using words, demonstrations, and actual physical positioning of my body. She manages to make workouts fun, too!
I always enjoy hanging out with Andrea as a friend. As a coach, she manages to deliver a fun, demanding, individualized workout that will kick you in the kiester, but still leave you smiling and inspired to go back for more.

Caring, knowledgable, and engaged
Rated 10 out of 10
I've only had a couple of sessions with Andrea, but I have been very impressed at the level to which she listens to my needs, and watches my every move. I've had numerous other "coaches" for different sports that are obviously not interested in what they are doing, and would rather watch the hottie on the treadmill than pay attention to what I'm doing right or wrong. In contrast, Andrea is completely engaged when I am working with her, guiding your movements in order to correct form. She listens to what you need, and will work with you to help you achieve your goals.

Hard-Style Instructor
Rated 10 out of 10
I have been lifting kettlebells since 2001 and did the RKC certification in February 2002. Over the years, I tried, unsuccessfully, to introduce kettlebells to my wife. When I saw Andrea in Hard-Style magazine, I hoped Andrea would be able teach and inspire her. Andrea not only succeeded with my wife but she has also helped me to sharpen up my form and teach me in the Hard-Style technique. Andrea is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive and tough. She is a good troubleshooter and has great attention to detail.

Kettlebells for Any Age
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea was my neighbor and one day I told her how great she looked. She told me about Kettlebells and what she was doing as an instructor. I was curious but didn't do anything about it for several months. Than she e-mailed me about an introductory workout class she had scheduled. My daughter, who is 27 and I (55) signed up for the two Saturday, 2 hour classes. We were both blown away with Kettlebells and with Andrea. She was so patient, enthusiastic and motivating! She really took the time to show us the correct form. I would highly recommend Andrea for any age or level of fitness. She is the best!
Nancy Felton - Seattle, Washington
Passionate, inspirational, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated; those are just a few words that describe Andrea's devotion and love for this revived Russian training method of Ketllebells. I saw Andrea's own transformation take place over an amazingly short period of time. It was as if I saw her body shrink and tone-up before my very eyes!!! Her enthusiasm for Kettlebells is infectious and her passion for this revolutionary workout is evident through her teaching methodology and way of life.
Andrea and I met playing competitive tennis. I started training with her over a year ago and although I have not dove full throttle into the training, I still have experienced amazing results. I've been an athlete most of my life; I've competed in tennis including college tennis and have coached tennis, took up long distance cycling and racing, marathon running, skiing and swimming.
Fast forward to the present: I'm a working mom and am faced with the challenge of shedding some unwanted baby fat and very little time. What's so great about this workout is that it can be done in a relatively small space, it doesn't require bulky equipment that takes up rooms in your home and it combines flexibility, cardio and strengthening all in one short work-out.
Andrea is very conscientious about tailoring a program to meet my needs based on previous and/or current injuries and is acutely aware of the proper form and body mechanics to prevent injuries. After my C-section I felt as though my core was non-existent, even simple movements were difficult with muscles that had literally been severed. Today I feel strength in every area of my body, particularly my core. Her keen focus and attention to proper body kinetics assures that your form is accurate to provide optimal results and injury prevention.
Andrea has an uncanny ability to correct your form through a variety of approaches and methods. The great part is she does is in a completely non-intimidating way. She has a great sense of humor (very important for me), a positive attitude that is encouraging and non-judgmental.
I would fully recommend her for a range of athletic types from elite athletes to anyone needing a jump-start or a boost to their training regimen, and even for someone who has never worked-out before!! Andrea you rock!!!!
I was looking for a new indoor workout to get me through the Seattle rainy season. So I signed up for a month of private lessons from Andrea. The bell was a bit intimidating to me at first but in no time Andrea had me feeling self confident (about not dropping the bell on my foot or head) and gave me the tools I needed to be aware of form. She is incredibly enthusiastic and motivational. I recommend her to all of my friends.

I am 53 years old, not been very athletic over the years but I did ride horses most of my life. I had to give up riding as a result of an illness which caused me to lose my sense of balance. I discover Kettlebells by chance, they looked like so much fun I ordered 2 plus a DVD and attempted to learn. I knew my form wasn't good as I had developed a back ache so I started my search for a personal trainer in Kettlebells. I discovered Andrea as she was having a workshop so I signed up. The workshop was canceled but Andrea and I had an individual session and she helped me so much. This week will be my 3rd seesion with her and I always look forward to them. She really has an eye for form. I have limited flexibility and she has helped me tremendously. I have a long way to go but know with her help I will get there. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a beginner or wishes to improve their form.

SHE'S THE BEST - SHE'S MY DAUGHTER
Rated 10 out of 10
My daughter,Andrea introduced me to kettlebells two years ago. I loved it from the start. As a soon to be 65 year old woman, I've had problems with broken knees, ankles and feet; however after training with kettlebells, I have once again become flexible and my body parts are working fine.
Andrea is a great instructor and teacher. Her excitement and love of kettlebells is so contagious that she inspires everyone to train hard and do their best. Her instructions and guidance for me and everyone is invaluable. After watching a few minutes, she always knows what needs to be changed or corrected to make the workout more effective, fun and beneficial. I keep training because I want a fabulous looking body like Andrea's . What more can I say, SHE'S THE BEST!!!

64 Feelling More Like 46
Rated 10 out of 10
I am about to celebrate my 64th birthday and, especially after a workout with Andrea, I feel more like I did when I was 46. My strength, energy and stamina have returned. I am more active and fit than I have been in years. I feel more confident in all my physical activities . . . and even see my golf scores coming down!
I owe much of this renewed vitality to Andrea: her care, attention and skill as a trainer and friend. Andrea knows how to encourage and motivate without being too accommodating or coming on too hard. She in knowledgeable in technique and has an eye for detail, so I improve my technique and increase my strength without hurting myself. She is creative and knowledgeable, so I am growing my kettlebell repertoire and not getting bored with repeated routines. She is active in creating classes and extending the kettlebell community, so I can always find the support and encouragement of other people who are realizing the same benefits.
It is a gift and a treat to work with Andrea. I would wish that everyone who works with a coach or trainer is as fortunate as I am.

I QUIT THE GYM AFTER 25+ YEARS!
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea has a great eye for detail. What this means is that she will identify clearly and quickly irregularities of body movements that if unaddressed, will lead to injury. Before I started training, I was concerned that some of the postures would be compromising for my lower back. However, proper kettlebell technique focuses on not exposing the back to damaging stresses. Andrea pays great attention to your body mechanics so you get it right. Kettlebell workouts are phenomenal but they are NOT to be learned on your own. You absolutely need a great instructor, like Andrea, to help you get the proper motions ingrained into your mind and body. This takes practice. Also, these workouts are fun! I actually just quit the gym after over 25 years of doing the same boring static protocols. I highly recommend that you start training with Andrea, you won't regret it.

Tough Love
Rated 10 out of 10
I'm a 43 year old mom with a desk job. I work out a few times a week and have weight trained in the past. I began training with Andrea nearly a year ago after recognizing her as a fellow parent at our children's schools from seeing her profile in Pavel's magazine. I sure am glad I did. Andrea is tough but encouraging. What I like best about training with her is that she really knows physiology and how to modify exercises to work around my past injuries. I've been able to address back and shoulder problems that have been barriers to weight training. Things that were always getting re-injured are now strong and I am able to take-on a wider variety of exercises now that Andrea's helped me strengthen those areas. What I like about kettlebells is combining weight and cardio, which makes for a quick workout (important for a busy mom). Also kettlebell workouts are dynamic, and that is inherently more interesting than lying or sitting still doing rep after rep. I have recommended Andrea to friends and to other gym members who ask about kettlebells. She's awesome!

Functional strength
Rated 10 out of 10
I've been working through a variety of training methods for a number of years, trying to find the best method for my purpose: functional strength and speed for martial arts. I have been training in JKD and the Filipino MA for 10 years. I was extremely impressed by the KB seminar not just for the applicability of KB's for my purpose, but for the extremely thorough and precise way that Andrea taught. We worked from major concepts to fine details, and at the speed we needed to get it down. Unlike a lot of workshops, we didn't race through material to get to more stuff. We worked it till we got it down, and then we moved on.
KB's offer me a way to work full-body coordination and strength while building focus- you must think about what you are doing and how your body feels through the whole of the lift. Mental strength is key- and Andrea's KB class gave me a way to work it that other methods I have tried have not.
I would highly recomend Andrea Chang's classes for her detailed and precise teaching method, and the relaxed, humourous way she teaches.

I am over 50 years old and have had 7 knee surgeries due to sports injuries and a complete lack of core training when young. Now I work 55-60 hours a week at a desk and expect my body to play golf, horseback ride, etc. on the weekend. Working with Andrea has given me much greater strength, endurance, and body awareness. Andrea has a way of knowing exactly what you need to get stronger and better at whatever you do, without the danger of reinjury. Andrea is very tuned in to your body's limits and capabilities, even if you are not. Plus she is just plain FUN to be around!

I am grateful for her knowledge, skill and positive attitude to keep me going during our workouts!

Andrea is an amazing instructor--she challenges while she encourages; she considers the level you're at currently, but always with your potential firmly in mind. She will *not* let you wimp out, but she will always make sure that you have the ability and correct form to do what she asks of you! A true athlete, she loves what she does and it is apparent in her own strength, fitness, and enthusiasm: she thus shares her knowledge and passion with her students. These qualities make her a highly recommendable and commendable kettle bell instructor.

Guys, if you are thinking to yourselves, "a woman can't give me a hard workout" then get over yourselves. Any run-of-the-mill 'personal trainer' can make you feel worn out like you 'got a good workout' but Andrea can put the smack-down on you AND (this is the important part) 'make you a more functional athlete and better fighter' -if you are a martial artists- at the same time! Andrea isn't some fluffy aerobics instructor, this is one strong tough gal and an athlete herself. Her dedication to perfecting your technique ensures you will be able to push yourself hard during training and remain injury-free, very important for hard training athletic types, we take enough wear and tear without our strength and conditioning training making it worse.
Bottom line, if you want to be better at what you do -PERFORMANCE- then you need to get off your duffs and contact Andrea today!

I'm 36 and I've been working out consistently for 20yrs. I've had many trainers, I run, cycle do resistance training several times a week and I'm in better shape now than I have ever been. Working out with Andrea is a serious work out. I was concerned it wasn't going to be challenging enough and Andrea made sure this wasn't the case. However, this should not discourage the beginner. Andrea could easily customize a workout for every experience/fitness level. I've been very mindful that my workouts have a strong core strengthen focus and Kettlebell workout is a perfect fit. Andrea has superb attention to proper form and has an amazing ability to communicate what it is you're supposed feeling and doing - all this and she keeps it fun. Another huge benefit - you can do this almost anywhere. I'm very excited about learning more movements and incorporating more Kettlebell into my training. Highly recommended!!

Demanding and Inspiring
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea focuses on technique and serious improvements in strength. She expects alot -- and demands it in a very upbeat and optimistic way. She knows how to teach technique and can really micro-analyze my form and figure out nuanced changes that really affect my performance. I started with Andrea after a c-section; getting my core back was not just a matter of effort but also healing of severed muscles. Andrea understood what my body could and could not do and worked to get me into kettlebell style without injury and with great confidence.

I am very happy to have discovered kettlebell training and especially Andrea. Although I am a new student, after only one session it was obvious to me that I was benefiting from a truly remarkable coach. Andrea made me feel comfortable with the challenge of taking on a new and different training method. I felt calmness, confidence, inspiration, extensive knowledge, and an incredible focus on me as she taught the beginnings of kettlebell techniques. She was able to discern in a short time, incredibly fine changes in form necessary to have an immediate impact on how my mind and body performed and felt. A search for something new to provide variation to my workout with a focus on core muscle strength and efficiencies turned up a gem and I look forward to all there is to learn from Andrea.

There are many different ways to stay in shape; finding the right workout takes time. I found Andrea and Kettlebility when I searched for information on training for boxers. I read her story and was blown away by her strength. Her story inspired me and immediately signed up for training. Andrea makes training fun and highly educational. I learned how to transform my body by making small changes. What differentiates Andrea's style is her commitment, passion, and dedication to instruct clients properly. She customized the program to suit my needs, goals, and body type. I gained confidence in my ability to work with Kettlebells right from the first session. Additionally, she has a keen sense of seeing a person's potential even before they do. Her vision for what could be possible is truly a gift.
Friends and family compliment me on the results I have been getting. When they ask me how I'm getting such results, I say two things: It's kettlebells and Andrea! I will be forever grateful to have met a true professional and strength coach.

AMAZING WORKOUT FOR THE BODY AND MIND
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea is a source of tremendous inspiration for anyone battling weight issues! Andrea's personal weight loss story as a result of kettlebell training challenged me to rethink my own weight loss strategy. After several years of attaining only mediocre results from traditional free weight strength training and cardio equipment at the gym, I contacted Andrea last Spring to schedule my first kettlebell training sessions. Andrea's patience, encouragement, and energy while instructing inspired me to push myself harder than I ever had with any other workout! Most of all...I was having fun!
As I continue to work with Andrea and kettlebells, I am experiencing gradual and sustained weigh loss. I walk away from her workouts feeling energized, focused, and strong. I highly recommend Andrea and Kettlebility to anyone seeking an engaging form of core body exercise for health, personal well-being,and... FUN!

TOP NOTCH!
Rated 10 out of 10
Andrea is a dedicated, enthusiastic trainer who exudes inspiring confidence and power. it is obvious right from the beginning that she takes kettlebell training seriously, and approaches the technique from a "form first" perspective. Andrea took the time not just to train me for the specific basic exercises, but to instruct with an emphasis on first "feeling" the right mechanics...to understand just what exact muscles are primarily used and to focus on that during the movements. she has unique ways to get her clients in tune with their bodies, particularly the specific ares of the core that need to be fully engaged in the movements. she keeps it moving, keeps it fun, and gets you working hard. she spends alot of time on the mobility warm-up as well, essential to joint health, and injury prevention. her email communication is great too, answering questions about form, and providing addtional info...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDREA....in a word....awesome. i will train with her again.

Knowledgable & Attention to Detail
Rated 10 out of 10
I took a 4 week class with Andrea after watching my husband work with kettlebells off and on. The class was small which enabled Andrea to pay attention to each student and really work on our form. I drove 3.5 hours each way for the class and it was worth every mile! I was able to share what I was learning with my husband and we have since incorporated kettlebells into our daily routine. Shortly after finishing the class I discovered I was pregnant so I've had to make some adjustments, however, the kettlebell is definitely the best tool I've used to reshape and STRENGTHEN my body. Andrea's instuction was extremely beneficial and I credit her for all of the improvements my husband and I have seen in ourselves!

Even Younger Brother thinks She's Great
Rated 10 out of 10
I had seen my sister do kettlebells for several years but never really thought much of it. Then after Andrea became a certified RKC trainer on a trip home she dragged me to the gym and introduced me. I was extremely impressed. Being a younger brother it is my duty to find fault with my older sister, but far from finding fault I was impressed. I saw a side of my sister that I was not familiar with, a compassionate, enthusiastic expert. She was able to help me quickly understand how to do it correctly and after a couple of swings I also realized what amazing shape she is in. I couldn't believe how fast I was breathing after a few swings.
I moved to China two years ago and was looking for a way to stay fit in the tight confines of a Shanghai apartment and after Andrea showed me I realized it was the perfect exercise and have been doing it ever since.

I had never heard of kettlebells until a friend/colleague told me about them, and took me to Andrea's class. After the first hour I was hooked! I love learning new sports, techniques, "moves" etc, and kettlebells are one of the most effective (and fun) forms of exercise I have tried-- it is the perfect compliment to my running and yoga practice.
Andrea is a wonderful teacher --she is extremely focused on correct form, supportive, challenging, as well as hilarious and fun. She always pushes me to my next level, and I leave class feeling strong and inspired.
I would highly recommend Andrea and kettelbells to anyone/everyone.

Strict form, but fun!!

I started working with Andrea about 6 months ago while looking for something new to rev up my workout. I am a firefighter and felt I needed to find something new to help get me in shape, other than the same old workouts, aka weight training. I found Andrea to be a very good Kettlebell instructor and extremely strict on form. She is extremely patient and will work with you when you are struggling with a move and continue to work with you to help you perfect your form. She also keeps the workout fun and constantly changes the workout to keep it new and exciting. Her workouts have helped me to not only improve my flexibility, but have also improved my core strength and overall fitness level.

I am not attracted to any form of sporting endeavour for its own sake, possibly a legacy of unenthusiastic gym teachers at school who found the more athletically talented students more rewarding to coach.
I decided to accompany my wife to one of Andrea's personal training sessions with the intention of photographing it. I am now 60 and had resigned myself to declining strength and although flexible had concerns about the impact of strenuous and repetitive exercise on my joints. This is why I don't run and prefer cycling instead. I find the rowing machine boring in the extreme.
Andrea pointed out that if I was hoping to avoid further decline I should take up kettlebells also.
Andrea is a dedicated, skillful and knowledgeable trainer who is very analytical in her approach. She tailors workouts to the individual and makes allowance for their current level of fitness and ability.
Andrea also possesses a fine sense of humour which she displayed when informed that I had referred to her as "the whipstress" following a particularly grueling session the week before.
I have already noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibility and would recommend her to anyone who wishes to attain their fitness goals in the most efficient manner possible.

A little while ago I started referring to Andrea as 'my'trainer' when talking about her to my own training clients and friends. I have started following her to all her classes and recommend her highly.
She is professional yet caring, and always is looking out for each person in her classes, making sure forms are correct and suggesting alternatives for those that want a higher level form. She also is GREAT at explaining moves and identifying areas to improve.
Kettlebells have given me back my soccer game. Its been a long struggle for me as I have had many imbalances developed over time from playing without having a background of overall strength. I am 34 and thought perhaps my soccer days were done. I am hooked now on the overall power and health that kbs give me, and their ability to address weaknesses.
If you are in the Seattle area train with the best - the Kettlebility crew. Thanks Andrea Hugs, Jessica

I had been interested in learning more about kettlebells after using them at work for the last couple of years. I met Andrea at a local gym and we started talking about the bells. This led to workouts and workshops.
Andrea is a subject matter expert on Russian Kettlebell training and provides constant, corrective feedback to you. She is easy to work with and her goal is to help you improve yourself. Sessions are no-frills workouts, concentrating on improving technique and the ability to self-recognize/self-correct form mistakes. Andrea is a great instructor.

I was in dire straits! I had a baby in December and had less than a year to get my body back into its rip roaring shape for my 20th high school reunion. I just couldn't bear another exercise video.
And then I had it all...
A great instructor-- who oozes mastery, enthusiasm and creativity in each class-- plus an really cool innovative method of shedding pounds and gaining strength.
Every class has something new (unlike video- sigh!) along with not only new approaches to the different exercises but also focusing on the parts of my body I need to keep aware of during my work-outs. With Andrea's undeniable knowledge and continual stress about safety, I never worried about straining or pulling this or that muscle and I always come away from class with great new moves to try during the week. I love how she casually and effortlessly will demonstrate the next routine like "you will now be doing the polar bear crawl where you simply move these 25lb bells across the room by walking with them..." --and then we actually do it! Maybe not as effortlessly but what looked physically impossible at this time is actually doable-- that's what I love!
Now I am back in my size 8 jeans-- without, you know, pain. And those ex's from high school are gonna be eating their hearts out.
All this and not one single crunch.

We had been taking classes with Andrea DuCane in Minneapolis before we decided to move to Seattle. We were a little worried about finding another great instructor to continue our training. We got extremely lucky when Andrea referred us to Andrea U-Shi Chang. Her extensive knowledge of kettlebells, attention to form and fun and energetic personality has made us get out of bed every Saturday morning. From beginner to advanced, you know you have had a work out and for some reason keep coming back for more.
We increase our strength and stamina with every workout. Andrea does a great job of making each workout different and challenging, with great ideas of exercises to do at home.
We more than highly recommend Andrea U-Shi Chang and her kettlebell workouts as the best of Seattle!!!

I just finished my first RKC class, ever, with Andrea Chang of Kettlebility! I work out normally at the dailey method in california and have wanted to try Kettlebells for a long time. It was such a hard work out, I feel sore already-I can't wait to keep it up. Andrea was extremely patient and spent a lot of time on my technique-we didn't just jump into things and I know that I have a great foundation to continue! She's so great, try her out!!

I've known Andrea for years, she is a great motivator and an inspiration. Her training style is relaxed and fun, yet very intense. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape. Not only is she great for personalized one-on-one training, but the group classes are awesome too.

I've been coming to the kettlebility group classes for ~4 months. I was looking for a workout that I could do in my own home during the rainy Seattle winters without having to spend lots of $$$ on equipment - kettlebells are perfect. They're great for cardio and an even better strength workout.
I knew that I needed proper training for using the bells, because anyone can see that whipping a heavy bell around is a recipe for disaster if you don't have the proper form. I'm so glad I found Kettlebility. Andrea trained me in the proper form and her attention to everyone's form in the group classes is one of the reasons she's such an excellent trainer. Her ability to coach both absolute beginners (me) and very advanced students (people practicing for RKC certifications) is amazing. And Andrea makes the workouts fun, yet still pushes you - she is equal parts cheerleader and drill sergeant.
In only a few months I've lost weight (without changing my poor diet...) and gained a lot of muscle - heck, my posture has even improved. I highly recommend kettlebells and Andrea.

My name is Najee Ali and I'm a senior at Rainer Beach High School. I played football and I'm now currently playing basketball for the Rainer Beach Vikings under the coaching of Mike Bethea. My father hired Andrea to help me with my core strengthening! I would have to say......... it's amazing!!! I'm stronger then I've ever been since I've been training under Andrea. I believe that training under Andrea is going to better prepare me for the college division one level. Andrea is a very paitent trainer with a passion that makes me appreciate the devotion to my body in regards to playing sports. What I like about Andrea the most....... is her passion to work with a diversity of kids such as myself. I guess me being a kid who's serious about what I do makes it easier for Andrea. But still.....Andrea is a motivator who pushes me to no end and I love it! Andrea's kettle bell excercise helps me with my endurance as well as my strength and balance. I'm truly blessed to have her as my trainer and if I'm fortunate enough to go to the next level in sports......I'm taking her with me :) So grab her while you can because soon.....SHE MAY BE ALL MINES........

New to Kettlebells and Loving It!
Rated 10 out of 10
I had never heard of kettlebells until I saw a story on TV about them featuring Andrea. It looked like just what I had been looking for; weightlifting and aerobics in one compact workout! So, I went directly to the source and started training one-on-one with Andrea just a couple of months ago. I have really enjoyed the workouts and I particularly appreciate Andrea's enthusiasm and encouragement. I am in my mid 50's and was at the point that aches and pains were discouraging me from working out. I realized that if I didn't get back into shape now, my health would deteriorate quickly over the next several years. I'm happy to say that after just a few weeks, I feel tremendously better. I am stronger than I have been in a long time and the aches and pains are dissappearing. Thanks, Andrea, for getting me started and keeping me going!

I contacted Andrea with the usual "difficult mission": two people in their late forties, couple of shoulder ding-ups (no lasting injuries, thankfully), weird and varied medical history on my part, packed schedules, one who needs the routines laid out for him, one who needs lots of variety (me). And uh, I'd like a six pack, by the way.
We've only had three weeks and three sessions with Andrea. But in that time, the work she has done with us has been mending shoulders and starting to build endurance, and we've even caught glimpses of muscles rippling on each other. And I'll admit that that is even with myself having taken a couple of weeks to ease into working out several days a week. I feel like I'm starting to inhabit my body in a way that wasn't possible before.
Andrea blends encouragement with precision and a demand for excellence, helping us find that edge where we can push ourselves without killing ourselves. I'm impressed with what she knows about the body and how it moves and works (as as naturopathic medical student, I have some notion about what that entails.) My partner is recovering motion and function without pain - amazing for a guy who has spent his life with fussy knees and then landed on a shoulder in a fall from a bike this last summer. And we're having a blast doing it.
My view? She's one of the best things we've ever done for ourselves, and worth every penny.

I had been taking Andrea's ab class at my local gym for a couple of weeks. She told me about her Kettle Bells bootcamp and I was hooked. I love her class and my individual sessions with her. She has the perfect combination of strictness and encouragement. With the KBs I already feel stronger and Andrea is good at pointing out my improvement. She tells me how the exercises will help with my soccer playing and running for track. Andrea is an excellent instructor and I would recomend her to people of all ages and excercise levels!

When I learned about Andrea and the Kettlebell workout, something just clicked. I knew I wanted to try and learn this workout as I had been wanting to get back in shape for a long time. Andrea encouraged me right from the start, she was not worried that I was unconditioned and overweight she just tailored a work out to fit my needs. I have enjoyed working with her, in the past I had been to embarrassed to try and she made me feel like I was doing great and encouraged me to keep going. It is wonderful to work with someone that works with you on your level and does not make you feel ashamed of where you are at it is all about looking forward to where you are going. I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone at any level she will design a program that is right for you !

I just started working out with Andrea at the end of 2008. Her instruction of "Technique" has been wonderful and has reenergized my work outs.
Kettlebells has given me a new set of exercises to try and master. I wanted more core strenght including lower back, stomach and legs. It is working like a charm.
I purchased a couple of bells for home and am working out with them 2 - 3 times a week. Andrea is very encouraging and she lives the program which is very inspiring to see how far she has come.
Thank you Andrea!

Andrea is an amazing kettlebell instructor. She is very knowledgeable and definitely pushes each person to their max. I have been an athlete all my life and this workout is as tough as any college workout I ever had. I enjoy each training session and love the enthusiasm that Andrea brings. Her instruction is thoughtful and she is able to help each person no matter if they are a beginner or an advanced student. Working with Kettlebells and Andrea has re-motivated me to start training again and I would recommend Kettlebility to everyone! Hands down Andrea is the best instructor out there! Andrea is also trained in Z Health and she is willing to spend her own time helping people recover from injury and pain! I recently hurt my knee and Andrea used her expertise to help me deal with the pain and inflammation,

Chronic Shoulder Pain Gone in 30 minutes
Rated 10 out of 10
I have had a bum shoulder for the better part of ten years. I think I initially injured it lifting too much too quickly, and just weeks before working with Andrea I had been diagnosed (again) with biceps tendonitis or worse, depending on my response to laying off of it and a steroid shot (dr. prescribed, mind you!). The next step was an MRI and possible surgery.
How lucky I was to reconnect with Andrea - and just in time. I had been introduced to kettlebell training by Andrea a couple of years before and knew that she "knew her stuff" from that experience. What I didn't know was that she could also cure my chronic shoulder pain. Andrea put me through a few simple movements to assess my shoulder pain, and explained the connection interwoven into the nervous system. After approximately 30 minutes of learning and moving, Andrea found a few lower and upper body stretches, as well as some hip rotations and foot movements that removed the pain and tightness from my shoulder and returned full range of motion that I had not had experienced for ten years prior.
I could not believe the results that I felt in such a short time of work. I wanted to find out the "trick" that Andrea had just performed, how could she have cured me that fast? I was trying to figure out what was allowing me to move my shoulder pain-free and not really believing what I was feeling until I watched her perform the same technique to my friend who had identified pain in his knee. Again, after about twenty minutes, he was deep-knee bending farther than he had since right after college. At that moment I realized that Andrea was on to something and it worked.
I have been using the movements that Andrea prescribed for me and feeling as pain-free as I did the first time she worked with me. I am back to my regular excercise routine and have been able to include lifts that I had given up on. If you have any joint pain, or pain anywhere for that matter, let Andrea diagnose and treat your condition - I'm (painlessly) living proof that she knows what she's doing!

I had the pleasure and fortune (as I found out she was not originally one of my groups instructors) of having Andrea as one of my fabulous intructors at the RKC course in San Jose, 2009.
Andrea possesses a keen eye for movement and offers powerful "tweeks" to better stabilize the body as a whole. She speaks to you with respect and encouragement that made me want to push myself further. And best of all she has a wonderful infectious laugh.
I cannot thank her enough for the instruction and encouragement. As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), I would not hesitate to send any of my athletes or family members to Andrea for Kettlebell and personal training. Andrea has been the best coach I have ever had for getting into shape. Les who has reviewed Andrea before me, has stated most of what I was going to say.
Here are my additions.
When Les and I fell off the program for about a month between illness, vacations, etc. Andrea was right on us and started us back into where we left off. And added more to our program. Like I said no nonsense, Andrea has our health and fitness in mind. Our program has been tailored to how we are and where we want to go.

Andrea is a great kettlebell instructor. Kettlebell workouts can be very intense and form is crucial to prevent injuries. She's very good about checking student form in class and correcting positions. As a Physical Therapist, I am especially aware of good form when working out and have seen some bad techniques among fitness trainers. It is a pleasure to learn from someone who really loves and knows her art, teaches with infectious enthusiasm and makes us sweat. I first discovered Kettlebells while watching the news one night. I had been working out with dumbbells and thought the Kettlebells looked like a fun way to get both strength and cardio workouts. After doing some research on the internet, a friend and I ordered a couple bells. Our next goal was to find an instructor. Using Dragon Door's instructor search, we found Andrea - the same instructor I had seen that night on the news!
Andrea's enthusiasm is infectious! She is always full of positive energy! I like how she breaks down new exercises making sure you have a good understanding of how to do them. She has a way of pushing you beyond what you think you can do. I always leave class with a huge smile, looking forward to my next one!

I would rate her a 10! A picture is certainly worth more than a thousand words! I have read everything about her on the internet! I want to know if being 84 years old is too old to try to get strong again. I know I won't look young again but I would like to get strong again and get my waist and belly back down where I was at forty years old. Can it be done at my age? I do not look forward to ending up in a nursing home. I have had two knee replacements but other than that I am in pretty good health. I live alone and want to stay independent in my own home. Can I do that? I would really love to hear back at what you think as to my doing this. I wish I lived near Andrea to take her classes. I keep looking at her picture and what she has done for herself, with great admiration. Thank You

I was and continue to be impressed with her ability to be positive, yet coaxing. As a trainer, she's personally engaged and professionally skilled. I felt like she was pushing me to a reasonable limit, but was also watching that so I didn't injure myself. She knows a lot about body movement, anatomy, and the nervous system. Also, she was the first on to greet me the night before. She has an infectious personality and likability which makes you want to be around her. Her passion definitely shows! I didn't have her instruct me, so I can't give her a 10. Besides, I only give Pavel a 10 (if he's nice...) because all of us have to strive to get better!

I was extremely fortunate to have Andrea as one of my assistant instructors at the June '09 RKC. I can't imagine anyone more knowledgeable, passionate, and giving. She does the RKC proud. If you ever have an opportunity to meet her, do not hesitate. You won't regret it.

The title says it all;) Andrea was an assitant on the team I was on at the June '09 RKC, and a very good one at that. She's got a very good eye for detail, won't hestitate to correct, and won't hesitate to encourage either. If she's your instructor or on your team you can count on leaving with corrections, and a genuine pat on the back. Basically, the Queen of Tough Love.

SPOT ON!

I had the privilege of working with Andrea during the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) weekend. I went to RKC thinking I already knew most everything about kettlebell training and that my technique was solid...boy was I wrong!
Andrea worked with me and found several flaws in my technique that would have prevented me from passing the RKC certification. Her approach was direct and to the point, but her instruction for correctly using kettlebells was spot on and easy to comprehend. Andrea helped me improve my technique flaws within the first day and by day 3, I was performing the required kettlebell lifts proficiently enough to pass the RKC course and receive my RKC Instructor Certification...which is no easy task. I even managed to set a new PR for the one arm clean and press on the second day using minor technique changes that I would never have picked up on by reading a kettelbell instruction book or watching a DVD.
The 3 days I spent at the RKC with Andrea will no doubt help me become a better instructor for my clients. So whether you have or have not trained with kettelbells, I would recommend working with Andrea to anyone. And if you're thinking about attending RKC, get with Andrea before you go and let her work out any technique flaws you have...it will save you some pain at RKC!!

Andrea's ability to explain in a variety of ways paired with her obvious supportive nature enable her to see you through to success. She's knowledgeable and compassionate; yet a stickler for form and technique. I can still hear her coaching me through my RKC and being there when I had my "ah ha" moments.
Thank you for being a great instructor; for being tough and not giving up!

THE BEAST TAMER

Andrea rocks!! At the June RKC she helped me "tame the beast" by coaching me through the heavy overhead press. I also had some shoulder issues that I was dealing with that week, that with her Z health knowledge helped greatly improve my range of motion.
I have been a trainer for 12 years and have seen many come and go. Andrea has something special that she brings to the table that many lack, that is the ability to coach. I was very impresses with her performance.
I met Andrea at the June RKC in 2009 and we hit it off immediately. I've been a PT for 20 years and it takes a lot for me to get excited about someone's skills. I recognised in Andrea a passion for all things physical that was well beyond that of most of her peers in the fitness industry.
Since returning home we have stayed in touch and she has continued to impress me with her knowledge and has given me much great advice on all things RKC.
One of the more amazing things she has done is to run through Z Health movements with me over the phone. That's right. She's so damn good she doesn't even need to be in the same room as you! In 20 minutes she taught me a bunch of new ways to Z and got an extra 4 inches on my toe touch. The resulting process has since been incorporated into my normal warm up and stretching routine and I feel has been a major component of me recently setting a press PR with the 40kg (at 84kg bodyweight). And all of this without even having me physically in front of her.
RKC are the best. And its RKCs like Andrea that make this so. She epitomises all the things that make us unique - strength, passion, education and a deep desire to share our abilities with others and make them better.

With only 2 months until the HKC I found Andrea and asked her to help me prepare for the certification. Just one month later I am already stronger and have reduced my bodyfat. Thanks to Andrea I am now more confident in my abilities to complete the certification. I have had many trainers in the past and am a trainer myself. Andrea is by far an A++ trainer. She has inspired me to become stronger and has helped me experience the amazing workouts that kettlebells provide. Her enthusiasm for training is contagious. Not only am I stronger after working with Andrea for just a month but chronic pain I have experienced for over 3 years is now gone. I couldn't ask for more.

Andrea has helped me lose weight and come into the body I knew I could have while being sensitive to the back and neck pain I was dealing with when I started. I am no longer living with constant pain and am feeling ecstatic about how my body looks. She helped me to understand that the pain I was feeling could be alleviated with the exercise and training she designed for me. In working out I was helping to create a new posture (thus diminishing the pain) and building a cut, balanced and healthy body.
The best money I ever spent. Call her, use her, you won't regret it!

Wonderfully positive experience
Rated 10 out of 10
I first met Andrea as a participant in one of her boot camp classes and was immediately impressed with how positive and encouraging she was. I would watch Andrea instruct the class at my local gym while I tried to do my usual rounds on the machines, never really feeling like I was getting the workout I wanted and wondering if I was actually doing what I was supposed to. Finally I took the class and loved it. The exercises with the kettlebells were very easy to follow and incredibly effective. Best of all I felt completely safe with Andrea's instruction and always felt like she was making sure that I was carrying out the exercises precisely and with good form. I now work out with Andrea in 1:1 sessions and continue to admire her understanding of the body and her ability to create a workout that that addresses my needs specifically. Andrea has a wonderful way of explaining the correct technique for each exercise and of helping me remember this so that I can then perform the exercises on my own without worrying about how to do them. Her sense of humor and positive nature makes working out a pleasure (even when I am sweating and out of breath) and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. If you have ever wanted a really great workout but have been afraid or intimidated by the process then Andrea is your person.

I've been working with Andrea roughly once every other week privately for seven months. Because my 29 year old daughter has been enthusiastically training 5 days a week in Santa Fe I figured it was worth exploring kettlebells.
As a former college athlete and then Rolfer I have worked with everything from Aikido to Pilates, from prolotherapy to acupuncture, from free weights to yoga. I approached kettlebells cautiously because I've hurt myself often enough that I needed a teacher who would respond to my unique and well informed needs. I have not been disappointed. Indeed, even though I have tweaked myself a number of times getting the exact lifting and swinging regimen down, Andrea has been able to help me not only work towards better form but also to give me some healing pointers when I was out of sorts.
At 58 and having been working as a bodyworker since 1972 I'm extremely particular. Andrea is quite tuned into the need as a teacher to simultaneously lead and listen and I am delighted that I can use my body in ways that, frankly, I had nearly given up on. As a teacher she is precise, articulate, curious and good humored. Although as a kettlebells instructor she is all for strength, I have valued her not trying to proselytize the hard body, machismo look and approach that seems to infect so much of the kettlebells literature. I like Andrea and look forward to continuing to work with her.

Andrea is great! She's very positive and encouraging and pushes you hard, but not harder than you can handle. She's extremely responsive and adaptive to individual goals and needs. She's also very flexible about changing exercises if you experience pain or discomfort, and she makes adjustments as you go along. I highly recommend her!

The Viking Warrior Workshop that Kettlebility and Andrea U-Shi Chang hosted in Seattle was extremely informative, had great new techniques to apply to the swing and snatch, and conditioning work for a lifetime. I just attended the first ever HKC workshop in St. Paul, and had the privilege of working directly with Andrea for this all-day event! Her professionalism and ability to instruct are outstanding, which combined with her warm personality, made even the most challenging parts enjoyable. Her knowledge runs deep, and I finished the day grateful for the education and encouragement she offered...still I can't help thinking we only scratched the surface. If Texas wasn't so far from Seattle I'd be swingin' a kettlebell with her tomorrow!

Technical mastery and supportive teaching
Rated 10 out of 10
I am a health & fitness professional who has been in this business since 2001. I maintain very high standards for myself and the peers I choose to call colleagues. I know more good trainers and coaches than I have fingers and toes, and I choose to train with Andrea because she is one of the best.
Andrea combines 1) the technical proficiency of a master instructor, illustrated by her constant pursuit of advanced education, with 2) an easygoing and encouraging teaching/coaching style which empowers people to believe that they can do something truly extraordinary. She is able to see the small details which distinguish good technique from perfect technique, and is capable of delivering corrections to students in a manner which is supportive and effective.
I began training with Andrea to prepare for my upcoming RKC certification. I am now enjoying better and more consistent results than I've experienced at any point in my history. I am completely confident that I'll storm through the RKC with aplomb.
Simply put, Andrea is excellent.

A Real Game Changer
Rated 10 out of 10
At one time, long ago I was in pretty good shape. But middle age and years behind a desk left me about 30 lbs over weight and terribly out of shape. I read about kettlebells and decided to give one a try. After fumbling around on my own for a few months, I realized I really needed instruction. So I went to see Andrea, and man what a difference! My swing wasn't even close when I showed up, but by the end of the session I had a great feel for how to do a proper swing. In subsequent sessions she showed me the TGU, cleans and many other fun little things you can do with a kettlebell. Looking back over the last few months, I'm amazed at how far I've progressed under Andrea's guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She emphasizes proper form so you can not only lift safely, but get the most benefit from the work you do. She's always happy to answer questions and provide training materials. I'm so impressed with her that I brought my 12 yr old son in for a session, and she had him rocking on swings in no time. He loves it! If you want to learn kettlebells the right way and have fun doing it, go see Andrea.

FIRST CLASS COACHING!
Rated 10 out of 10
The best tribute I can give to Andrea is that I have been getting personal training & fitness coaching from her in Seattle for nearly a year now. The fact that I went at all, AND keep going back continuously for a year now, says there is something quite special about Andrea's style.
Prior to working with Andrea, I had lost all motivation to work out, but something about Andrea's approach to overall strength, fitness, & flexibility training got me engaged & going again! Andrea's confident, strong, yet disarming & highly approachable style just drew me in. She helped me overcome all of the obstacles that seemed to be in my way, keeping me from being fit. I look forward to my weekly work-outs with her, and feel as though I am truly in the hands of a very well-trained, experienced professional.
Andrea knows how to help me go just a little further, a little longer, and little more deeply into my work-out than I had thought was possible. She doesn't push too hard, or force me to go beyond my ability, but helps me redefine what my limits are, and then gives me the coaching & reinforcement to reach these new, higher standards for myself.
I look & feel better as a result of my work with Andrea, & I move through the world in a stronger, healthier, and more energized way. Even when I have to travel for extended periods of time, Andrea sends me off with intensive, comprehensive 20-minute work-outs that I can easily do in a hotel room, which keeps me in the routine, and keeps the body fit.
Andrea is a warm, personable professional with immense integrity. You know that you are going to get the very best training/coaching that is available - It is a pleasure to do with her what is often considered a tedious chore.

Andrea has been kicking my butt since the summer. And it's been a great experience.
Her technical knowledge is deep and she has been a strong motivator. Every time I am in class with her, I am energized. Over the past four months, my technique has greatly improved and I have become alot leaner and stronger.
I would recommend Andrea to everyone from beginners to those who are preparing for RKC tests. She is awesome!

Knowledgeable, Supportive Instructor

Andrea was one of my instructors during the HKC certification in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was a great teacher--extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I appreciated Andrea's high standards of form. With every concept we learned at the HKC, Andrea was able to provide a helpful hint or tip from personal experience, which would allow me to complete a lift or deepen my knowledge in any particular area.
Andrea is a positive and supportive instructor. She truly, truly wanted her students to maximize their physical, mental, and intellectual potentials. This sincere approach made all the difference. Andrea was quick to offer an empathetic word and always ready to cheer on her students in encouragement. It was obvious to me that Andrea wants her students to learn and grown in kettlebell athletics.
I highly recommend Andrea as a coach, mentor, and trainer. If you are lucky enough to have her as an instructor at the HKC or RKC, you are lucky indeed. Thank you, Andrea, for all of your positivity and insight.

CONFIDENT IN INTERACTING WITH MALES
Rated 10 out of 10
I researched 'Functional Movement (FMS)' to find Andrea's website, not knowing she also trained in Kettlebell and Z-Health.
I had a kettlebell and dabbled with it as a possible best fit for my arthritic ankles, knees, hips and back (to include two joint replacements); and was interested in a Functional Motion evaluation to try and get to the core issues regarding my joint dysfunctions.
I was immediately comfortable with Andrea's style. She has the confidence of an athlete, yet had just the right motivational technique to keep my esteem and confidence going despite the frailty of my joints.....ie she handled my male ego VERY expertly.
Her training sessions both 'tweak' form on previous exercises and also introduce new pieces to the routine to keep it 'fresh'. My lower body strength and anaerobic capacity have increased significantly under her programs, and my weight has dropped 20#'s (not all due to her routine, but her routine and motivational push were largest factors).
She is likeable, and straightforward.

Andrea is a talented trainer and a genuinely warm and caring human being. She's fun to work with and champions her students' success. Andrea's support and encouragement provides a positive and up-beat atmosphere for exercising. I appreciate how much Andrea focuses on proper technique; she pays careful attention to every nuance and move, which helps me to trust her. She is knowledgeable about health and body-related topics including: how the body functions and how various parts interact and connect, good nutrition, healthy shoes, and how to almost instantaneously eliminate minor aches and pains. It's helpful to me that she continuously praises my form and offers motivation during my workouts. Andrea seems to enjoy and appreciate working with all of her clients. I've seen her show the same warmth and enthusiasm to other clients that she's shown me.
I began working with Andrea in April 2009. I set a goal of losing 20 pounds before my 45th high school reunion in September of 2009. She had full confidence that I would reach my goal. Thanks to Andrea and her guidance, enthusiastic support, and can-do attitude, I achieved my goal! I am grateful to Andrea for being a wonderful guide and support to me.

I had never been to a gym before, so Andrea was my first foray into working out. She is patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. In our sessions she blended fun, hard workouts with really helpful diet & nutrition tips. She also built custom work-out sheets for me to take to the gym--which was fantastic because I was intimidated by gyms & all the equipment. Beyond all this, she has an uncanny almost spooky knowledge of the human body. I once strained my neck while doing push-ups on my own--she took time out of her busy schedule to come to my house and performed some magical stretches which made me good as new within minutes. She is absolutely a wonderful trainer.

Easier with Andrea!
Rated 10 out of 10
I've never been instructed on movements so well like I was when in Andrea's HKC prep workshop. Even as a collegiate swimmer, I was never given training of such quality, with attention to the smallest of details. I liked how we were given and explanation of how proper form in each part of the body was essential to entire movement.
From the warm up to the progressions, learning how to use kettlebells was much easier with the help of Andrea. Thanks!
