I have been in the athletics, fitness and strength training industry for many years. I completed the Russian Kettlebell Certification in September of 2006 and did a recertification in April 2009 under Pavel Tsatsouline. I am one of only two RKC certified kettlebell instructors in North Dakota. Kettlebell 101

Mark was great at developing a weekly routine which focused on my core, arms, torso and overall a well rounded cardio program. The great news it was 20 min from start to finish. No more needing to spend 90 min working out. The results began at day one. I'm happy to say I'm still training with Mark and the weekly routines are now being kicked up a notch. They are also customized to where I'd like to see improvement as well as where Mark can give help and advice.

I've been working out on my own for about 10 years now. When I started working out under Marks instruction my attitude changed. He's given me variety which keeps me interested, which is GREAT because if/when I get bored working out I usually tend to stop... Mark has sat down with me personally, listened to what my needs/wants are and has created a program designed just for me and I LOVE IT! AND, the best thing is it's nothing that takes hours each day so I can fit it into my already busy life... I would recommend Mark to ANYONE who's looking for a personal trainer. He's the BEST!

I have worked out with Mark Wilson several times and have truly enjoyed each challenge. When I first met him I was a "treadmill girl". I thought using a machine was the only way to get a good cardio workout. Mark showed me through the use of kettle bells and just basic exercises done in a series such as berpees, jump rope, pull-ups, etc.....that I could have a great work-out plus I have seen much more total body results! He has also given me tips on my nutrition that have changed my diet forever. I am very appreciative of all that I have learned from him and how it has resonated with me.

Age is Not a Factor!

I used to do free weights & aerobic classes to stay in shape..then I developed joint problems and arthritis so did nothing for 10 years. Mark convinced me that at the age of 65, I could once again be a "fit" person by using kettlebells and a few other exercises. He developed a routine that I can do even with my limitations. Mark is a very patient, motivating and supportive trainer. I already feel better about myself, both physically and emotionally, and know I will continue to improve with his help. I had procrastinated working out because the thought of going to a gym and repetitively doing the same exercises for hours, didn't appeal to me. My cousin suggested I try Kettle Bell training, which led me to contact Mark.

I have been working out with Mark for approximately two months now. He always has something new and exiting for me to try. He introduced me to kettlebells and have found working out with them very rewarding and fun. Bending nails, tearing cards and phonebooks is kind of fun as well.
