If you're a firefighter, you need this Rated 10 out of 10
BJ & Kori are awesome and tailor each move learning curve to each person. I had never touched a kettlebell before class and now I will never train without one. I also enjoyed the time spent on flexablity. I very much enjoyed the class and will be back for more in the future. Thank You!

I am not a very coordinated person but the small group size helped with personal attention to pick up the skills. I would highly recommend this workshop to runners to help improve strength, flexibilty and saving time.

Over the years I have been involved in many forms of resistive training, from competitive bodybuilding to sport-performance enhancement, including Olympic Weightlifting.

From endurance athlete to bodybuilder and back to ultra-distance Triathlete, I find KB training to be the most effective and time efficient method of resistance training. My sustained muscular power output and strength-endurance has been re-invigorated! The chronic back issues that plagued me in the past are a distant memory. As an expert in human performance and athletic rehabilitation, the proof is in the biomechanics of it all, I just hesitated for some unknown reason. Full credit goes to BJ and Kori for teaching and old-dog new tricks.

I took BJ's 4 hour beginner Kettlebell Class and have been hooked ever since. BJ is a great instructor who really takes the time to explain the techniques/exercises which helped a slow learner like myself. BJ is a great instructor who I would recommend to anyone who is interseted in learning Kettlebells. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I have been taking kettlebell classes with BJ for the past six months and I'm hooked! Each workout is different, so I never get bored. BJ's interval approach gives me great results in just a 45 minute class. Results I see and feel - increased strength, endurance and energy. Kettlebells are also great at toning EVERY part of the body! So whether you just want to get off the couch or take your fitness to a new level - kettlebells are the way to do and BJ is the guy to show you how.

I've known B.J. for a couple of years now. Right from the beginning, he impressed me with his tremendous knowledge about human physiology, exercise techniques, diet, and sport. He tailored the program to address my special needs. The thing that most impressed me about his teaching method is that he pays meticulous attention to correct technique as it applies to the student's physique. There is nothing generalized or canned about his style. I walked away from every session feeling great, energized, and excited about his program. While I signed up for Kettlebell classes, B.J. gave me a comprehensive program that went beyond Kettlebells - something you don't get through just videos. More than any other fitness program (and I've known quite a few), B.J.'s is the best one for functional strength, overall health, and ripping fat away from the frame. I had been playing with kettlebells on my own for a month when I decided I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. Luckily, I found B.J. through the wonders of the internet. I am sure you are wondering my I call BJ my fitness Nazi... Well, it's for fun and it just fits the workouts, in the way of being fun that is. BJ takes the work out of working out and makes it fun but powerful and fulfilling. With his training in KB's and his daily regiment he does himself he turns his knowledge into a teaching tool.
I have been able to utilize his knowledge and training to make a perfect workout for myself at home. He is always available for advice on any health related topic (fitness health that is). BJ incorporates all areas of fitness along with the KB's to teach you important things you can use continuously to meet your current fitness goals. This would be diet, weight training, stretching or joint mobility. His broad knowledge, driven attitude is the perfect combination to be good at what he does.
