I have been involved in the fitness industry in one capacity or another for 7 years, sharing my passions for movement and healthy living with a wide variety of clientele- ranging from housewives to physicians to collegiate athletes. *American Red Cross Certified in First Aid and CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants (2005-present)
*Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) Level I Instructor, by Pavel Tsatsouline (2005)
*RKC Level II Instructor (Rehab & Corrective Exercise Applications), by Pavel Tsatsouline (2007)
*American Kettlebell Club (AKC) Coach (2007, 2008)

Wil has continued to be a dedicated and effective trainer. I have been using the kettlebell for about a year with Wil's expertise. My body fat percentage has dropped dramatically and my overall strength and flexiblity continue to improve.
